Additional Information
Experience the finest of Washington, DC on a 6-hour bus and walking tour guided around the city’s prominent locations. The tour incorporates a (seasonal) 1 hour river cruise launching from Georgetown. Capture memorable moments at the White House and the US Capitol building, and get guided tours of various renowned monuments such as the Lincoln Memorial. Lunch (at guest’s responsibility) is organized at the DC Wharf (from October 16 to March 24) or the Washington Harbour locality of Georgetown (from March 25 to October 15).
- There will be standing and walking during this tour. Please wear comfortable shoes and dress for the weather as much of the tour is outdoors. DC can be very hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Umbrellas and layers are recommended.
- Boat ride of Potomac River is seasonal (March 26 - October 16). When the boat is not operating, you will visit the Jefferson Memorial and Eisenhower Memorial instead
- NOTE: Hotel pickup or Drop-Off is not provided. Please plan accordingly.
- If you purchase an additional tour or ticket: Please ask your tour guide or driver for your upgrade when being checked in.
- NOTE: Due to the hours of operation at the attractions, your entry tickets will be valid for use the FOLLOWING day of travel from your tour.

Tyrone is the real deal! - This was the best tour! Chris, our driver, and Tyrone, our guide, were great. Tyrone made each stop exciting and was very knowledgeable. You could tell how much he enjoyed his job. Highly recommend this tour because you get to see a lot, hear historical facts, and all in an air conditioned comfortable bus ride.

Yes! we picked a good thing! - Ok so it was like 90°. But it was such a great tour that we didn't even mind the heat too much because the bus was so cool inside and Tyrone was a fantastic entertainer. Every thing we saw blew us away. Chris the driver was a excellent safe driver. Even though we couldn't hear the narrative on the boat trip it was a nice addition. Totally worth the money. We took an uber there and back just say 'national archives bldg'. A little pricey $22 there from hotel, $12 back..? But it's a vacation and parking seemed iffy..if 6hrs is too long do it without the boat ride as its the last thing. Thankyou Signature!

Our guide has great pride... - Our guide has great pride in Washington, D.C. as was evidenced by his impressive knowledge of all areas of town we drove through. It was also evident that he had been a teacher as his depth of research was to our benefit. Great guide and great experience!

Great for the price! - Great for the price and highly recommend doing this tour early in your stay!
We have 5 days here, and it certainly helped us organize and decide our plans.
Driver Chris and host David were excellent at helping us feel welcome, appreciated and accommodating our needs. The cruise at the end (though it did rain and hail) was a very nice perk :)

James the tour guide was GREAT - Our tour guide, James, and our driver Chris were great. we learned a lot and James had a great sense of humor. Suggestion: would recommend everyone on the tour get a set of ear buds that are connected to the guides mic. all else was fantastic.

Ok tour, mediocre lunch selection - Tour was pretty good, but we were dropped off at a run-of-the-mill mall food court for lunch. It was insanely crowded, noisy, and busy. Wal to wall people. Would not recommend the lunch section, especially if you bring older folks or small children with you.
