A personal tour guide will share statistics and historical insights about the area, highlighting Saint John’s Episcopal, known as the “Church of the Presidents.” There will be time to walk along Pennsylvania Avenue and capture photos of the Executive Mansion, the West Wing Command Center, the international press cubicles, and the Old Executive Building, which houses the Vice Presidency.

U.S. Capitol - At the intersection of First Street and Maryland Avenue (James Garfield Circle), visitors will walk along the west side of the Capitol facade. This is where presidents take the oath of office every four years. The grandeur of standing in front of the Capitol is awe-inspiring, with a panoramic view of the Washington Monument in the distance and the National Mall surrounded by the Smithsonian Institution Museums.

L’Enfant Plaza - The tour concludes at L’Enfant Plaza, where visitors will find a modern gallery with a food court, restaurant patio, and various shops. L’Enfant Plaza also features a significant METRO station and is just 7 minutes from the Smithsonian Institution Museums. Visitors can easily walk to the National Gallery of Classical Art, the Air and Space Museum, or any of the nearby museums. With courage, optimism, and spirit, visitors can continue to explore and document this unforgettable experience.
