A must see Bangkok tour - 100% recommend! - Fantastic tour, showing us some amazing parts of Bangkok that we’ve never seen before. Our tour guide, Fluke, was incredible he knew so much and had a great sense of humour. We’ve visited Bangkok many times but never seen this part, fascinating! Try the artists house, even the children can have a go at painting something in a beautiful setting! 100% recommend for families even with younger children.

Fun canal ride with Hidden Bangkok Boat tour! - I booked the boat tour last minute (the morning of), but received quick response within an hour. Traveling with my two sons, aged 12 and 14, we thoroughly enjoyed the two-hour boat ride with our guide, Pear. She is very knowledgeable about the history of Bangkok and shared many interesting anecdotes during our ride. Also loved the skilled father-and-son duo who pilot the boat. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone! Thank you Hidden Bangkok Boat Tour!

Fascinating Tour of West Side Small Canals - We took the 4:30 pm small group tour (only 8 people) of the local canals on the west side of Bangkok. The boat was a long tail boat with padded seats, splash guards along the edges, and a sun / rain canopy. We all wore new looking life jackets. The driver was skilful. The guide, Yoyo, was terrific - knowledgeable, well spoken, and interesting. He shared many stories about Bangkok, as well as information about life along the canals and the history of the region. We were very lucky to visit the site of the enormous Buddha on the route. Although the statue is being renovated and only the Buddha’s head is visible, towering above everything, we were able to visit parts of the large monastery including the offering room, glass pagoda, and great viewing platform on the top storey. The views along the canals were amazing - large wooden houses along side small shacks and temples. A number of monitor lizard were visible swimming or sitting on the banks. Yoyo gave us suggestions for what to notice and when to be prepared to take a photo. His commentary added a lot to our insights during the trip, and we gained a different perspective on life in Bangkok away from the busy city streets. We highly recommend taking this tour with Hidden Bangkok, and if you are fortunate, Yoyo will be your guide.

A trip through Bangkok's history and culture... - What a great tour! Hidden Tours was very responsive to my texts and provided detailed information for the meeting point. Yoyo was fabulous. Very knowledgeable and articulate. He shared a lot of his personal story about studying to be a monk between the ages of 9 and 13. He also provided some interesting information about Buddhism. We were treated to a tour of Bangkok's largest temple as we visited the Big Buddha. It was fascinating to see Buddhist nuns during their prayers. This tour is much more than a canal tour...It's really a trip through Bangkok's history and culture. Highly recommend. By the way, the restaurant meeting point is not open in Sundays. Our group met up at nearby Priscilla's Ice Cream parlor and walked the few blocks over. Very cute cafe -- air-conditioned!

Very good - This is a super tour. Really interesting and a great way to see a side of the city that's not glossy malls. The Artists House was particularly great. Very good.
