Experience top! - Amazing, the monitor was very friendly and spoke incredible English understood everything great, had patience explained everything very well and the dishes were great!! It was a little hot when cooking but you can't ask for everything in this life! I recommend it 100%!

The best cooking class in Thailand! - We had the best night cooking with New. She brought us to a local market where we were the only tourists to show us the fresh ingredients we would be cooking with. Then, we went to the cooking school and began cooking! We were worried our food wouldn’t taste as good as the food we’ve eaten in Thailand but the food we cooked in this class was delicious and New made the class so fun! We can’t wait to cook the recipes we got at home!

Must Do Cooking Class - New lead an amazing cooking class! First, New took us to the market to see all the ingredients we’d be using. Then, New made the cooking fun and easy, and the food turned out amazing! New was so kind, and we loved the class. We can’t wait to cook what we learned in the class at home!

Must try! - Excellent experience. Knowledgeable, patient and friendly teachers. All recipes adaptable for veggie/spice requirements. Good differentiation for those who have already experienced Thai cooking with added information and explanations. Clean kitchens and very convivial atmosphere. The market visit was also great! Assolutamente da fare! - It is absolutely an experience to try. The Staff are super qualified and friendly, they explain herbs and ingredients to buy at the market and then take you to the kitchen and teach you how to prepare previously chosen dishes. The good thing? Che poi ti siedi e mangi ciò che cucini! It was really an intense experience full of meaning and scents (and flavors😍) I recommend it to everyone, even families! It is a beautiful way to get together and learn about Thai dishes!

Best Cooking Class Ever !! - My friend and I had the most amazing time at Galangal Cooking Studio this week. Aoy is the sweetest lady ever and had us all laughing throughout the evening. We all learnt so much about Thai cooking and felt so comfortable throughout. I can’t wait to bring all this knowledge back to Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 If I had time, I would have done this again 100%. Cooking class - Super great experience and atmosphere, 100% recommend! She is super nice and will guide you step by step to realise the dishes you choosed to do + send you the full cooking book at the end. You can expect a lot of food, so remember to come hungry 🍜

10 out of 10 - Our class was great. We learned a lot about thai food. Especially how stone basic like garlic, basil and turmeric are slightly different in Thailand cuisine.
