Accompanying person who don’t cook e.g. children under 120 cm are welcome as Visitors (THB300/person) and they can enjoy free 2 dishes in 1 cooking course.
- Our cooking class venue can accommodate children under 120 cm & toddler as a visitor accompanying their parents so a stroller can be used here. However, children under 120 cm cannot participate the cooking due to safety reason of stove height.

I loooved it - The host was so lovely and active in explanations and conversations. Very well organized, I got picked up from my hostel before going to the market with the rest of the group. We got our fresh ingredients followed with many interesting informations about the different things you can find at the food market, which made the experience so full of culture. You get a choice in what you want to cook and can make everything as sweet, sour and spicy as you’d like!
The outdoor cooking and setting is beautiful too. I highly recommend this unique experience. Be ready for a food coma and don’t plan too much with the rest of the day as you will be full of delicious self made dishes 😆

Amazing just amazing - Best cooking class i have ever been to! It was so interesting and inspiring. Mam told us about all the ingredients and let us smell them before putting them in our food. Every thing amazed me even the part where we went to the market to buy our ingredients! So good.

Great to learn to cook Thai food at Mam’s home in Chiang Mai!!!! - It was so fun to go purchase the food at the market and learn about foods that we have never seen. She knew her ingredients and selected quality ones. She was kind to come and pick us up. Her facility is beautiful. It is super fun that it is at her home. There was plenty of space for us! It was nice that each one of us got to choose our own menu items. It is a lot of food so come hungry! We had a lot of fun and would highly recommend! Thanks Mam!!!

Unforgettable experience - Mam is a very personable and open-minded person. She picked us up at the hotel and drove to a local market first. She explained to us all kinds of herbs and fruits as well as other ingredients that are important for Thai cuisine. After that, we went to her house. A very nice and lovingly prepared cooking area. We then prepared the recipes we had previously selected. Mam explained everything important to us at any time. It was a nice evening that I would recommend to anyone.

Food Thai cooking Experience - Great experience! We cooked Thai food with Mum and then ate our own dishes! Really good Mum! We first chose what to cook and then went with her to shop at the Point of Sale; she explained the various differences with vegetables and spices Thailand and after we went to her house where she equipped a real Cooking Class where we prepared and cooked the various dishes! Highly recommended to those going to Chian Mai!

Fantastic experience - Mam was an excellent teacher, she took us to the local Point of Sale to choose the ingredients we would cook with next, we could choose 5 dishes and it was great to be able to cook typical Thai dishes

beautiful experience, but not outstanding - The food was very delicious and there were great portions. The cooking environment was great, as was the market visit at the beginning. Unfortunately, the cooking teacher was a bit stressed and did her program quickly, so a lot of her was done if you weren't fast enough or didn't understand her directly. Unfortunately, that made the experience a little less great. Most of the ingredients had already been prepared/pre-cooked and you just put them in the pan and stirred them and prepared little yourself. All in all a nice evening, but unfortunately a bit stressful.

What okay, wouldn't do it again - Due to the good reviews we had very high expectations of the cooking class. However, we found the cooking teacher very stressed and with little patience for us. Unfortunately, that made it a not so nice experience. The ingredients were also mostly already prepared and you only had to do a few work steps, which is not the point of a cooking class for me. I would have liked to have done more myself and learned. The food tasted good, but I found the course to be unwarm and not particularly fun.
