Cruising for fun - The food, music, dancing as we cruised down the river with all the beautiful sites, was amazing. Hands down one of the most funniest part of our trip! Highly recommend the 7:30pm cruise and get in the bottom part of the ship for comfortable air.

A great experience - This cruise was a fantastic experience. It was also organized extremely well, from getting on board, opening the buffet, up to the entertainment provided. Staff was very friendly and the food was surprisingly good and there was more than enough for everyone. The atmosphere upstairs with the band playing, cruising under the stars and passing many landmark spots along the river was simply magical. Overall, this cruise offers great value for money and is highly recommendable.

Fun time poorly organized - The cruise itself is phenomenal. Great view of the city and water. Food was ok, probably not enough for everyone to get seconds. Check in process was very sloppy and unorganized. I would arrive 2 hours before cruise time just to figure out where you need to be.

Disappointed - I think you should be told before hand that there’s a chance you don’t see the south because of water levels you don’t see the main place which is the main thing to see while in the boat. I think in rainy season this happens.

Disappointed - We did the sunset dinner cruise with buffet. It started off well, we were seated on the upper deck. The staff were very friendly. The buffet was better than we expected but then there were a few drops of rain and were made to get up, leave our drink and dessert and head to the bottom level. It was chaos, no clear instructions, unsure where to go, herded in like cattle. Now it was just a FEW SPITS of rain!! We would have been happy to stay up there just seated, without entertainment or food ( can understand if it actually started raining) but told we must go down. This ruined our night. The music on the bottom level was deafening. We didn’t feel comfortably seated. We basically spent the last part of our cruise just waiting to get back to port to get off.

Discrimination Ignorance - Do not use this cruise company for anything do not use this Tour company for anything Oh - Hoo travel agency is unprofessional I purchased a cruise for my last night in Thai sept 2023. It was raining so much that my driver couldn’t even drive on the road. I contacted them 2 1/2 hours before the crew because I utilize the number in the booking that says WhatsApp communication they read my messages and ignored me. Never responding until the next day and then says I’m within their cancellation policy meaning I only could cancel 24 hours prior. They told me I had a credit for one year and I have to pay a rebooking fee of ฿200, that’s fine here in Thailand trying to again ignore my messages for three days now so i .com after three days of ignoring my messages or sent to emails and phone calls the phone calls we’re not going through. They had a totally different contact number for agency I had the correct communication because the name of the travel agency was in the profile of the WhatsApp business application. After the 4 th day I got email from viator refunding me my Money Later that the what’s app message come to me by the agency “ Due to your booking already refunded, you cannot keep credit to change the date. Thank you.” They literally made me wait a year for a refund and still didn’t get on the cruise what a waste of time and energy I kept doing as they asked and they just ignored me and yes i am black and yes it’s in my profile on what’s app this was total discrimination against foreigners, which is what happens a lot in Thailand and people don’t like to put it on TikTok I lived in Thailand for a whole year and every time I try to interact with a business, there is always hesitation on their part. I even have a virtual assistant that does translation for me that makes reservations for me at hotels, hospitals, and restaurants so that I can avoid the frustration and the discrimination that foreigners do receive when they’re in Thailand meanwhile, there are no Thai TikTokers talking about America discriminating against them. People getting on the elevator, and turning their back to you only happens to black travelers. I am so sick of violator condoning this behavior when I reported it to the chat agents, which was a total of four none of them cared about what I was experiencing.

loud and like a rugby scrum - The boat was loud and fellow guest's behaviour at the buffer was appalling. standard of food was decent , but youd have thought it was the first meal served since being released out of jail - no attempt by the boat to stagger which table went up first, except play the song "blind men say, only fools rush in"(seriously). Blasting karaeoke music the whole time, followed by "happy birthday" i dont know how many times.
