Great afternoon - Thanks to chef V for a great afternoon! I enjoyed the market and the beautiful herb garden and the cooking course was great. They even were able to teach me a recipe I had specially requested. With V’s guidance I was able to cook a delicious meal - even if I so myself! And eating the meal was the perfect end to the day. Thanks also to the rest of the family - all the charming sisters!

The best cooking experience - Push biked Had the most amazing food journey. From markets learning about purchasing and understanding food and culture with Kun. Given washers to cool our face with essential oils of tiger balm . We’re educated on what spices go with what foods . From start to finish of food preparation to eating we laughed , sang . Shocked ourselves with what we made . Even a swan and a posy of flowers . We flipped pancakes , and ate our tasty , colourful food. Tossed our Chefs hat on completion . Thankyou Kim for a most wonderful time . Learning g about food and more 😊🌻🇦🇺

Cooking, laughing and singing - Chef Kun was brilliant! Such a fun happy energy about her. Our day was full of lots of laughs and singing! Chef Kun was so knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me and my mum. The food was delicious, this is one of the best things we have done in Vietnam!

The best thing we’ve done in Vietnam! - We had the most amazing morning with Kun! The day started with a cycle to the local markets where Kun told us lots of interesting facts and we saw and tried lots of traditional Vietnamese foods. We then cycled through rice fields and past buffalo to the restaurant where we were greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and some lovely cold towels! There was then a tour around the garden which we discovered lots of different herbs that we would be using in our dishes, before heading back and starting on cooking 4 local dishes. The whole experience was so lovely with the whole team being so friendly but especially Kun who was the highlight, providing lots of information and made us feel so welcome with her bubbly personality! We especially enjoyed singing Taylor swift and all of the slow motion videos :) Will definitely be back if we return to Hoi an!

Unmissable Cooking Class Experience! - My friend was recommended this trip by another friend and it was the best cooking class/ morning of our lives! We went round the food market in Old Town Hoi An and cycled through rice fields with our wonderful guide Kun, before arriving at the cooking class where we learned about the organic farming methods and how to cook 4 Vietnamese dishes. As a vegetarian there were always options for me to make and they tasted phenomenal! Our guide Kun was the absolute best, she was full of interesting information about the food and Vietnamese life, she was a complete bundle of joy and even sang Taylor Swift with us! By the end of the day she felt like a best friend and we are so grateful to all she taught us and the fun energy she brought to the day. Thank you so much to everyone at Tra Que Water Wheel we had the most wonderful day.

Tra Que Water Wheel and organic farm visit. - We had a fantastic visit to Tra Que Water Wheel organic farm. It was a fun and entertaining day. We started with a bicycle ride and water buffalo ride, followed by a trip in a basket boat and then a tour of the farm. The cooking class and lunch with chef Kun was a highlight. Kun's singing and dance moves had us all laughing. Our group of eight all agreed it was the highlight of of our Hoi An stay 🙂

Our Chef Kun teached us not only about Vietnamese cuisine but she was also extremely kind, she answered to every question and she made our day very pleasant and memorable. Thank you a lot. We will remember this experience. P.S. we are waiting for you in Milan :)

Amazing, a MUST DO experience in Hoi An - A MUST DO in Hoi An. What a truly beautiful, fun experience to immerse into the life of shopping at the local market, organic farming, delicious cooking, including the traditional method of rice paper making was a highlight! Plus coconut boating, riding through the rice fields and time with the water buffalo. AMAZING! It’s also a women’s co-operative business.

Highly Recommended - a great Vietnamese experience. - Highy recommended - A+++. We had a fun half day tour of cycling through back streets and rice paddy fields, hands on learning about organic farming, learning to make rice paper, relaxing with a shoulder, head or foot massage, making fresh Vietnamese 'garden to plate' dishes for lunch, before cycling through rice paddy fields back to our hotel. The team are lovely, passionate and knowledgable. We enjoyed meeting and learning from our teacher Kum - she is very sweet and a lot of fun. We are grateful our amazing Intrepid Tour guide Huy looked after us and took us on this tour today.
