Great experience - Different rooms with different themes. I think it can be very exciting especially for children especially in summer

Great way to spend a morning in Innsbruck Austria - we were completely blown away by all of the exhibits. Esp the hollywood section (marilyn monroe's dress, the ruby slippers, simone biles' leo, etc). The store also was magnificent to behold. The prices were terrifying, but I guess you get what you pay for. The attendants were also helpful.

Know how to appreciate it - A rather surprising visit to multiple rooms with compositions more original than each other. In particular, the room depicting the interior of a glacier with its effects of snow and cold leaves a strong memory. Note that all the crystals used for these constructions are not pure minerals, but only glass with lead which is also called crystal in our language. However, it is not crystal mineral as quartz would be, or ruby or amethyst. The secrets of making this glass at Swarovski and the size of it are understandable. Finally, that the visit ends with the crossing of a sales place is not abnormal.... Real diamond jewelry costs much more.

Shuttle bus there is cash only unless you buy the shuttle ticket online - If you take the shuffle bus from the main train station you can either buy your ticket online from their website OR if you buy it at the bus it is CASH ONLY. Its €11 return trip and the bus is green and stops just outside the main train station, very easy to get.

A Sparkling Experience with Room for Improvement - The Swarovski Crystal Worlds museum in Austria is a visually stunning destination that blends art, design, and creativity. The iconic giant at the entrance sets the tone for a whimsical experience. The art installations inside are imaginative and beautifully crafted, showcasing the versatility of Swarovski crystals in unexpected ways. However, some exhibits feel overly commercial, and certain parts of the museum could use more detailed explanations about the art and the creative processes involved. Additionally, while the outdoor garden is pleasant, it doesn’t stand out compared to the interiors. Overall, it’s a unique attraction worth visiting if you’re in the area, especially for crystal enthusiasts or those looking for something out of the ordinary. But it may not fully meet expectations for those seeking a more in-depth cultural or historical experience.

The first time was better - It's still a beautiful experience. But if you have been once and you had a super experience then it was now a disappointment. 25 euros for a tour that did not bring what we experienced last time because of work I thought was too expensive. This could easily have been cheaper

Visit from Innsbruck - Visited the Swarovski Crystal complex using our Innsbruck Card. We caught the first Swarovski shuttle to get there early as there are many amazing things to do and see in Innsbruck. Shuttle dropped us at 9:10. We toured the exhibitions and gardens, which are nice but not spectacular. We returned to the shuttle stop at 10:40 to find there are only 3 return shuttles today and we will have to wait more than an hour for the first one. We should have checked schedule before coming. It is okay to visit but not at expense of other activities. Do not think worth the entry cost if you don’t purchase the Innsbruck Card.

Museum interesting store personnel not friendly - The museum is interesting but the store personell stand around and are not friendly. We asked to look at something and they would not let us see them. I guess we looked like rowdy senior citizens or something 🤔. It's a shame that instead of standing around doing nothing they should help the customer. Kind of spoiled the entire experience

Tremendous disappointment - The publicity did not say that there is no factory tour. We expected an experience similar to the Murano glass factories. I felt this was just a giant retail showroom. I have been in many Swarovski shops over the years. In fact, we have accumulated so much , that I now insist on a "one in one out " policy to conserve space at home. This was not at all a worthwhile trip for us. Finally, the company should have the resources to meet and greet visitors from the shuttle. A little explanation of the exhibit and clear directions of where to walk to the entrance would give a better impression.

Don't shop locally! Otherwise not recommended at the moment due to construction work and noise - Visit yesterday, on 09.10.24 with wheelchair: purportedly lt. Website “almost everything accessible and accessible for the disabled”, in reality: both in the entrance area and in the garden, wheelchair-compatible doors with a ticket did not open you. In the exhibition it was very tedious and cramped, we were bumped several times and once even held by other visitors so that we did not block the way with wheelchair. Exhibition: various construction works, very limited but at full price, more often loud construction noises such as drill and hammers. To conclude: Earrings bought on site, kindly handed over with “I added a gift...” Buy on site 129.00 - in the Swarovski online shop for 90.00 € So pretty bitter
