Great hike, great guide! - The views were amazing and our guide Joel was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and accommodating, told us stories of the Cherokees and the early settlers; showed us interesting rocks, plants and insects; and he seemed to know all the locals we encountered too XD. We didn’t even realize the trip was over until the parking lot showed up all a sudden… will definitely do this again!

Stunning views with reasonable effort! - The views were stunning! The walk itself was very manageable for a 63 and 24 year old. The early start meant we had certain locations all to ourselves. Our guide, Mike, from Walk in the Woods was spectacular! So informative and personable. 100% would do this again!

The Best way to hike the Smokey’s - We stayed in the camp for a long weekend in Fall of 2018 with this company and it made our family fall in love with the Smokey’s and with camping. The guides are all very knowledgeable and share information that is interesting for children, and adults, alike. Our guide, Mike, also has taught us some safety protocols, and some nature ‘do’s and don’ts.’ This is great for city folk that may not always know The right or safe thing to do. They cater the hikes for your ability, The weather, and it makes it very enjoyable. This company is a blessing, and we highly recommend them, and will continue to use their service. We felt very safe with regards to COVID, and the guides have good practices in place.
