Breathtaking views and world class service - Lin was such an excellent tour guide. She took great photos for me, packed me a lunch, bought me coffee and really did everything she could to ensure I had a great time. She was very knowledgeable and really knew her way around the mountain. Our driver also provided a very smooth ride. I highly recommend this tour to everyone. Mount Huashan is a beautiful place and truly something you need to see in person. The views are breathtaking. Best to do it with Lin!

Huashan northern peak climb - The trip was amazing, in big part thanks to Lin! Highly recommend her for anyone wishing to reach the top, very knowledgeable and everything was well organized. We came earlier and avoided the crowds, the climb was difficult but well worth it! Also pay attention to the weather forecast.

Great hike and views - It was a well organized tour and I enjoyed conversations with the guide who spoke to the history of the mountain. The scenery was great even though it rained. The hike is tough but well worth it.

Awesome day tour with Ms. Tilla and Mr. Gao - I have many concerns during this trip. But the tour agency was very responsive and assuring. While i didn't get to take the cable car to west peak, the refund was made on the spot and my family took a cable car via north peak. Tilla was exceptionally nice and sweet. She briefed us what to expect at the mountain and escorted us up to the cable car so we wouldn't get lost in the midst of the crowd. Mr Gao's driving skill was superb. I fell asleep like a baby while in the car.i felt safe with them.

Day Trip to Walk The Plank - We arranged our trip through Viator and were given the ground agents: Jeff Ning Tours. Our guide for the day was Francy who spoke excellent English. Despite the fact there was no food included in our package, Francy bought lots of little snacks with her and gave then to us which was so kind. Unfortunately for us it was pouring down with rain when we left Xian at 6am which always meant there was a possibility that the plank walk would not be open. We were luckily enough to have a quick moving queue for tickets to the West cable car with a further 30 minutes queueing for the buses to take you to the actual cable car at the foot of the mountsin. Be warned when you arrive at the cable car there are loads of steps to climb. The cable car queue was about another 30 minutes but again it was steadily moving. Pretty cloudy and misty all of the way up with just the one break to see some mountain tips. I went off at a bit of a pace as I wanted to get the the plank walk before the crowds built up. It took me an hour to get to the start of the plank walk and that included stopping at a couple of picture points. Unfortunately the walk was closed as it was deamed to slippery even though it wasn't raining on the top of the mountain. I walked back and went to the West Lotus peak which was pretty. Very dissapointing not to do the plank walk as the trip cost £122 albeit that did include everything (not food) on the day. Water at the start and end of the day was do provided. Extremely happy with the service and our guide.

Wonderful tour! - Dodo was a great tour guide. She was able to answer all our questions about the mountain. She also explains the history. This tour pays for the cable car and shuttle bus, most others do not. The guide takes you up the cable car and then you hike on your own. Suggestions on where to go are provided. Bring snacks or lunch to eat on your hike!

Mountain Hua - Our knowledgable well English spoken guide Dodo took us to see five picks of Hua Mountain. Those truly magnificent natural trails worth a trip. Steep, rocky, beautiful. One has to be prepared to do hundreds of steps up and down; good shoes are the must and to keep your balance is important. Picturesque and breathtaking nature. Highly recommend!

Day trip at Mt Hua Shan - View @ Mt Huashan was amazing, I am afraid of heights so I kept looking forward and hardly looked back nor looked down, there are some steep short steps, some uneven steps but the overall experience was overwhelming! This Huashan hike are for almost everyone young and old, super impressed!! We totally enjoyed the hike but due to the holiday season, the waiting time to take the cable car is almost an hour hence we didn’t manage to climb up all the way to the East peak. Shame but will keep for the next visit;) Tour guide speaks English and is very knowledgeable about the area. One suggestion for the tour agency is to provide client with tour guide information a few days prior to the excursion.
