GREAT cave experince, well organized tour - I came here on a Tripadvisor tour. 200$ canadian for transportation to and from my hotel in oistins, plus very nice lunch included, and cave tour and rum tasteing. The cave is the highlight of the place, but the whole place is great.
-Its run by a big tourist organization company, everything is well organized. I booked online on tripadvisor.
-They didnt tell me my pickup location and time until the afternoon before the event. But they mesaged and told me location
-i met the bus, got a entrance wrist band, and we picked up 2 other groups from sandels in oistins, and then 30 min drive to the cave.
-Arrived and had to scan QR code to sign the liablity waver. Then went to the desk to check in and get tour specific lunch bands. I had red for cave and rum tour. I also was given a purple Lunch band, and filled out a menu choice form, between sandwiches or wraps chicken fish or vegan, and a drink. I chose chicken cutter (sandwich).
-Was directed to the elevator and to the cave tour building when it came near the time on my wrist band 11am. We waited in a waiting and info room, then went in to a movie room to watch a short film about the island and cave.
-we then got on the tram. its a wheeled tram that drives on roads through the caves. Guide sits at the front with a speaker and guides us. I was in the first row.
-Not allowed to touch anything in the caves.
-We went through multiple caves, stopping at some spots to get out and take pictures. tram slows down or stops in spots as the guide explains what we are seeing. Plus a lights out complete darkness moment.
-Going from 8 feet to 160 feet below the surface.
-Our tour guide Seaira and driver Andre. Seaira was great, she was positive and informative the whole trip. She made jokes (british humor) durring the trip, and overall was a great guide.
-They sometimes had issue with a controler for the lights. when they enter some areas they have a remote for the lights ahead, and it was sometimes difficult for the remote to turn them on.
-the tour underground was about 1 hour.
-We were then told that rum tasteing was at 1pm, it was 12pm, so we were told to go to the restaurant. The green monkey restaurant. as soon as i arrived at restaurant i showed them my lunch band and they started making it right away. This lunch was the best food i had the whole trip. the chicken cutter sandwich is VERY good. all fresh, battered chichen, fresh buns, sauce other then mayo but it was good. and very good french fries. And because i had preordered my lunch, i got my lunch before anyone else even got their drinks, and was done eating with 10 min before rum tasting.
-Rum tasteing was good, we had a rum punch drink for free in lobby before, then went into the room for the rum tasteing. We watched a video about the rum history on the island, and then the guide talked us through trying the rum. 3 different rums, a clear strong king, then eclipse rum, then another fuller rum. All of them were too strong for me, but it was also my first time ever drinking rum. the rum tasteing guide was great, very enthusiastic and interactive. Almost seems drunk lol. He was good.
-They have a bird aviary too, but it was raining so they said it was closed. That is open to anyone in the park, included in all tours.
-They also have zip lines and a tree jungle course for fun. I didnt see anyone on it, again i think because it was raining. But it looked fun.
-There is a rum store, and a souvenir shop
-And at the end of the rum tasteing i was told the time the bus would show up for me. It was some of the same people as the bus ride in, but alot missing (shorter or longer tours)
Overall it was a great day and experience in the caves. I would do it again. shout out to Seaira again, great guide.

A must do while on the island - This tour includes a tour of the cave, the animal sanctuary, and a rum tour. Lunch is included. My entire day was fun and well organized. The tour of the caves itself is worth the price of admission. It's breathtaking what lies underneath!
The hotel pickup arrived as scheduled and was easy to book. I recommend this trip!

Fun Fun Fun - Completed the “Trail, Tram, and Rum Experience” at Chukka. We SO ENJOYED this day. The bird aviary was very nice and the marked trail made it easy to find. The caves were magnificent and we so enjoyed that experience. And then to top it off, we got to drink rum after everything! Best rum punch I’ve ever had! The only thing I wish I knew before was that there’s a pool, I’d wished that we took our swimsuits, but we had not known that was an option.

fun at Harrison's Cave - A really fun way to spend some time away from the beach. I had no idea how big the cave was. Great crew. We enjoyed the rum tasting!

Sh@t show. - To start, the bus showed up an hour early and the bus driver was a complete jerk. He told me he would leave us because my husband was getting coffee. I literally had to give him the same energy back to get him to chill out. The cave experience is interesting enough. There is a little movie before explaining prehistoric geological events. However, for the amount of money this cost, I feel there should be more. My husband and I paid $270.00 dollars for an hour and a half tram ride through caves that may or may not be real. Then a rubbery no flavor, fish sandwich for lunch with fries and a burned chocolate chip cookie. We had to sit for 45 min and wait for this “included” food outside in the heat. They wouldn’t even provide bottled or tap water, while you waited for lunch. Half the time we had no idea where to go between activities, we had to ask. The rum tasting was also sad. You got not even a fingers worth of 3 different rums they sell, even though they have 3 other runs that you have to buy if you want to “taste” them. Save your money and find something that’s not a gift shop tourist trap. They only want you to shop in there stores and pay for overpriced trinkets. Then on the way back the bus driver, you know the one with the mouth from earlier, stopped in the middle of the road and had a conversation with his bud, then drove like a maniac to the point of hitting a curb so hard he punctured a tire. Yes we had a flat tire because this clown drove like a crazy person. I’m not sure why anyone would pay to be treated this way but never again.

Disappointing - The cave was interesting and the guide was great but the nature trail was closed for some unknown reason which was disappointing. Definitely thought the rum tasting was at a rum distillery but everything was located at the same park. The ride there and back was like over 3 hours as our pick up was first in the morning and our drop off was last!! My partner was sick all night and couldn’t come on the tour but no refund or credit was given
