Ama’s Surf School in Weligama, Sri Lanka was established with the aim of aiding surfers who found it hard to improve or felt they had reached a standstill. It caters to those passionate about the ocean but struggling to advance their surfing skills. While some are content with riding broken waves in the frothy water, most see this as just the beginning of a more extensive surfing expedition motivated by the desire to smoothly sail along the open face of waves, adjusting and pivoting in sync with the sea.
