Very relaxing, informative and enjoyable! - Simon was an excellent host for our tour. He took into account the make up of our group and our requests, in particular noting we were all keen to try some local gin as well as wine. We were very lucky with amazing weather! The tour bus was comfy and clean and the venues we visited were so friendly and informative. Lunch venue was absolutely perfect! Thanks for looking after us and highlighting the best of NZ / South Wairarapa. Great value, excellent service. Thank you.

Great Winery Tour - We went on a half day Martinborough winery tour. Our guide was Phil who was extremely knowledgeable about a wide variety of subjects. On the way we chatted about what wines we like and he tailored our trip to suit. We tasted some lovely wines at three wineries and had lunch at a lovely restaurant attached to one of the wineries. On the way back we stopped off at a cheesery and tried some local produce. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would certainly recommend it.

Exceeded expectations - We wanted a quick overview of Martinborough wine region. Normally would book a private tour. Simon, our driver and guide was excellent. Lunch at Moy Hall was a real pleasant surprise. All five travelers were pleased with lunch with the Turkish lamb and gnocchi the stars. Wines were good with nothing exceptional but all in all a great day with Simon

great tour - Simon was an excellent guide and driver -- friendly, kind/patient and knowledgeable (particularly strong knowledge of local Māori history, which we really appreciated!)... We also enjoyed the range of wineries visited (a different set of three than we'd seen on a list somewhere, but great to visit these anyway and have a glimpse into different scales of operations)

Martinborough wine tour - Such a lovely day in a beautiful part of the country. Comfortable van ride, fabulous wine tastings and delicious lunch. Our guide was so nice and very knowledgeable!

Solo traveler friendly wine tour - A very late review, but I still have fond memories of this wine tour and the lovely people I met on it. The tour guide was great and the wineries he took us to were amazing. Good option for a solo traveler who wants to meet nice people and drink beautiful wine

Highly recommend this lovely wine tour - I enjoyed a fabulous wine tour. Simon was a great driver, very flexible, knowledgeable about wines and wineries. We stopped at Poppies, Moy Hall for wine tasting and lunch, and Runholder where we tasted John Martin Pinot noir. Afterwards, Simon took us to a cheese store. If you love blue cheese, try the Blue Monkey. At my request to buy a Chenin blanc, we stropped at a wine store. Ask Simon to tell you the story about smuggling vines from France to Martinborough. Not to be missed!

Awesome New Zealand wine tour - The ride up to the wineries was spectacular. The mountain side road gave us awesome views. Our driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable on the history of the Martinborough wineries. The wine tour gave us an opportunity to tast very delicious New Zealand wines.
