The maximum waiting time for the driver is 2 hours after your flight’s actual landing time.

For H/A (hotel to airport)

The driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby, holding a sign with your name on it. You need to provide the pick-up name, pick-up time, and flight number when booking the transfer service. The maximum waiting time for the driver is 30 minutes after the pick-up time you provide.
