A great day! - We had a great day with Simon at Rootan Five Stars. He helped us customize.our day to what my family was interested in. He last minute arranged a glass bottom boat ride for us to see down into the coral reef areas which was a highlight of our trip!! We saw so much wildlife and learned a lot ! Simon then took us Zip lining and the animal park and waited patiently for us to return. Ask for Simon… he will show you his Island and take good care of you! :)

An Amazing Day in Roatan with Five Stars Tours for Cruisers - We had an Amazing Day in Roatan with Five Stars Tours. Our experience in Roatan from the planning with Louis Diaz to the actual tour with JB was truly a great experience. JB met us at the Cruise port, we visited AJ's Monkeys and Sloths, Mayak Chocolate, Rusty Fish Market, and West Bay Beach for the Glass Bottom Boat tour. Since the wait was too long, we moved to another beach for their Glass Bottom Boat tour. We had lunch at the Zip Line where we had Chicken and we had Iguana for the first time. Lots of bones, but good. Never thought I'd try that. AJ's was absolutely the best! AJ's Guides were wonderful - Especially Hasten. Our Sloth names were Sophie and Bullet! JB was professional, personable, and really made our day exceptional. The van was clean and well kept. Five Stars Tours were flexible, communicated effectively, created a tour based upon what we wanted to see/our needs, and more. If there was anything I would have changed it would have been the approx 10-min walk with kids from the port to where we boarded the van. I would HIGHLY recommend Five Star Tours. Especially for folks in Roatan for Cruisers and Kids. Thanks Five Stars Tours for a truly Wonderful Day. We will see you again. Best Rick B

Great drivers, very friendly, responds quickly - This is the second time using roatan five stars. Neil was our driver. He was very friendly and answered all of our questions about the island. It was a great day even though our tour got canceled due to weather. He still made it the best trip. Our favorite port and it's mainly because of the service they give. It was a fun day. And also I booked it the wrong day, didn't realize until midnight and they wrote me and said they would get me anyways by 6 am the next morning. They are fantastic

Another 5 Star Review. - This was our second trip with Roatan Five Stars, and it's another 5 Star review. I wouldn't even know what to ask for for a better experience. Communication from the jump is top notch. Our personal driver for the day on this go around was Daniel. We learned more about the island and his family. Not only would I book with Roatan Five Stars again, but I would ask for Daniel by name.

Great cruise excursion - We had a great time on this trip during our Royal Caribbean stop in Roatan. Raymond was our guide and he was fantastic. My husband, 6 year old and 4 year old loved the animal park where we were able to interact with the animals. We made quick stops at the chocolate and rum tastings to have more time at the beach and glass bottom boat. Raymond was knowledgeable about Roatan and was very accommodating to ensure our trip was a success. Definitely one of our favorite days on vacation.

Good navigator - We got the private vehicle with the man named rainy. He is so kind and cool. He recommend the delicious local food such as chocolate tequila and roast chicken👍. Many things were new experiences which was the perfect day for us.

Roatan excursion - Where we met our tour guide at the pier we had to walk about a half a mile to our transportation. Glass Bottom boat was best part . Chocolate Factory was only a small store . The monkey viewing part was a poor old collection of cages.

Waste of a day - The bus used to take us places smelled horrible. The boat was extremely rocky and hot. It made a lot of people seasick, to the point where someone threw up while we were on it. You can barely see anything out of the boat windows. You have to hunch over the entire time to see anything. The person narrating the tour was incredibly rude. The chocolate factory was insanely crowded and hot that you could barely move. The zoo they took us to had one sloth, a few monkeys, and 2 birds. Very disappointed and would not recommend it to anybody.

Think Twice - Ok, I know some work with what they have, but the Monkey and Sloth Zoo looked like an abandoned roadside attraction. 5 min talk, and feel free to tip me kinda thing. The Chocolate “Factory” was basically a store in a gift and souvenir roadside stop. The boat was good for viewing fish. Looked like we were on a dead reef. Totally lacing in color. And where told all the sand in ocean was created by parrot fish crapping out coral waste. Even after someone gave the correct answer and was told he was wrong. She said it’s what they were taught in school. Could be just screwing around with tourists. Just know you will get to at least see some of the island and get some history.
