Excellent snorkeling - Julio was an excellent guide and driver. Very accommodating and willing to make extra stops for us if we wanted to see something else. Very professional. Easy to find at the cruise port but had to walk a bit and ask if we were heading in the right direction. The wildlife park is fine if you have never seen a sloth or a monkey. The animals are well taken care of and you get to interact with the animals through your guide.
Snorkeling with a small group on the reef was spectacular but we are experienced snorkelers which was good - because our boat captain didn’t get in the water - didn’t provide fins. I had to help another couple snd recommended to them to take the life jacket to snorkel with because they were inexperienced and unsure.

Best family Combo excursion on Roatan! - Our family had the best time with Roatan Toucan Adventures! Cynthia was waiting for us outside the terminal and we were off in a very nice van with air conditioning. We went to the best animal park on the island. Very nice and clean with well taken care of animals. Then we toured the island over to West Bay Beach with private access and security for some snorkeling out on a boat along the reef and then was able to hang out on the beach the rest of the day. This is a must-do excursion in Roatan! Cynthia is very professional and took very good care of us all day long. HIGHLY recommended and more economical then through the cruise lines.

Sloths, monkeys, and beach - So much fun! Always wanted to hold sloths! David at Mayan Jungle Canopy was great and informative about all the animals.
Samantha, our driver, was so nice! She was our own personal chauffeur to the Mayan Jungle then Henry Morgan beach resort.
The beach was nice, great service. Rum punch was the best!
There were a lot of locals selling things but security was on top of it. Lots of things to do at the beach. We decided when we wanted to leave with Samantha, which was great since most excursions rush you out.

Book with them! - We had Cynthia as our tour guide and she was amazing. We have nothing but great things to say about her and our experience. She made us feel safe and comfortable as it was our first time in Honduras. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about booking with them.

Wonderful rained out experience! - Kavin was such a great guide. Unfortunately, the weather prohibited us from snorkeling or going to the beach, but the sloth and monkey experience was amazing. Kevin was so full knowledge. He drove us around almost the entire island and pointed out a lot of history and things to come as the island continues to build. He was very informative, friendly and even bought us lunch.

Driver, Animals, Beach, Snorkel - The driver was easy to find just outside the cruise terminal. We travelled in a small SUV (just my wife and I) to see Monkeys, Sloths, and Birds. We made a quick stop at a Chocolate shop and then drove down to West Bay Beach. Our driver got us connected with the Snorkel boat and we were able to see beautiful coral and fish. The beach stop had showers and chairs, but not sure about towels. We walked the beach where there were restaurants, shops, and a convenience store too.
The reason for the 4 star review is that our driver was just that, a driver. We provided the talking points and asked questions, but he did not seem to have anything that he wanted to discuss. We also weren't given an overlay of the facilities at the beach stop, so it was kind of trial and error on where to go and what we could and could not do.
I would recommend this trip, but understand you are just getting a driver. You could save your money by going with another tour.
Finally, and this is just for knowledge of the area, snorkelling off the beach at West Bay Beach, specifically the west end, is possible. If you find a tour with beach access and the location they're taking you to is in the west end of West Bay Beach, you can skip the boat trip and just rent equipment and snorkel off the beach. You can also purchase a 1 hour snorkel when you go if you want! Maybe some ways to save money.
