Great private tour, well worth it! - This was worth every penny and extremely fair priced. Humberto is an excellent tour guide and makes your trip very memorable. I cannot recommend this trip enough! 100% recommended!!! - Humberto Knows the sea like I know my garden! He’s professional and calm the while time, we can with an infant and a nanny, Humberto made sure that everyone was having a pleasant ride. The day we went was very choppy waves, and all other tour companies cancelled, but he didn’t cancel and he knew exactly which spots to go to have calm waters, basically we were the only ones everywhere! we did stingrays, starfish, and snorkeling, he customized 100% to how I wanted with no pressure… truly an amazing tour, 1000% recommend!

Great Memories were made! My Mother In Law even said so! - Humberto gave us a great adventure that my kids will always remember. Our Cruise was late but this was not a problem communication was great. We took a taxi from where the Cruise tender the dock where Humberto's boat was located. The trip took approximate 10 mins, with the taxi drive knowing and finding it easily. We meet Humberto at the dock and was on his boat on our way in less than 5 minutes from getting off the taxi. Our first stop was Stingray City! It took us about 15 min until we at the sandbar where the stingrays hang out. We beat all of the Cruise excursions! We got off his boat and enjoyed the Stingrays all to ourselves for about 10 minuets. He was great with the kids (10 and 9) and My Mother-in Law (I will not tell her age! but I'm 40 ). After an about an hour and now the sandbar full of all of the other boats and people we decided to leave to our next location. We took about a 5 min boat ride to Starfish point. Starfish Point OMG! No other boats again. Soo relaxing and peaceful. The pictures don't do it justice. The starfish are everywhere! I thought the kids would get bored after 15 minutes...NOPE! They were in the water for over an hour. The kids were getting hungry. Humberto to the rescue. Some snacks and drinks kids were back into the water! Humberto did have some snorkel equipment for the kids. Not a lot to see but the Starfish but the kids had fun. Humberto had a few locally made cold adult beverages for us older kids. After we were done with the at Starfish Point he offered to take us to Rum Point. We declined, and asked to be taken back to the dock. This was completely our choice. Honestly there we be no way we could top the experience we had so far, and some of the big boats from the cruise excursions were there or heading that way. On our way back to the dock, I expressed my concern about getting a taxi back to the cruise terminal. Humberto to the rescues again. One call and a taxi was waiting for us when we got back to the dock. This was my 3rd time to the Stingray City, the previous two times, I was a number on a cruise excursion. The Cruise motto, (Get as many people as you can, in the biggest boats we can, out to the sand bar.) It was fun but...Humberto with Blue Lobster tours, was the best! Next time we are in Grand Cayman we will definitely book with Humberto! No questions Asked! In conclusion, Great experience for everyone! Even my Mother in Law, said it was the best time she's had in a long time! You know its good when your MIL says its good and gave me a compliment on finding Humberto.

Do it! - We had so much fun! Our excursion was very delayed due to delayed debarkation from our cruise ship, but Humberto and his team were very gracious and worked very hard to make our trip memorable and fun! Humberto was great with our kids and allowed them to interact safely with the stingrays. I would definitely recommend!

Great excursion with the kids! - We had an amazing time in the boat with Humberto. The kids had a blast and it was definitely the highlight of our trip. By far the best snorkeling we have done, and we’ve traveled a lot. Humberto was a wonderful guide and super knowledgeable.

A must do! - Highlight of our trip, I highly recommend this more private expierience, a lot more flexible with timing, locations etc. Humberton was absolutely wonderful!! He has snacks and drinks for us, helped us with the stingray and starfish experiences, and overall just a perfect day, I will request him everything, thank you for making our day memorable!!

Fab half day private tour for stingray fans! - My family (all adults and I) had a great time with our private boat with Humberto/Blue Lobster Water Tours. The tour included a visit to sting ray city as well as a couple of snorkel spots. The instructions from the team in advance of our arrival were really clear and we arrived to the yacht club with no issues. Humberto was ready and invited us onto the boat, we stored our belongings under the front seat, and departed on time. We had a choice of music for the trip out to stingray city, which took around 25mins. While we did get into the water it was very choppy and Humberto suggested a different location where there would also be rays (fewer of them but also fewer tourists). That place was fab as Humberto got into the water with us and was able to position the rays for photos, and they swam around us intrigued by human presence so we could interact with them as much as they wanted. We got some great photos. We then stopped in a deeper spot for some snorkelling and it was fab. Humberto fed the fish which caused a flurry - great from under the water, but also for my mum who stayed on the boat to see them close to the surface. Sadly the weather wasn't amazing causing more waves, and our 2nd/3rd attempts at in different spots had jellyfish, so it wasn't safe. Totally outside of the tour companies control. Our only issue we had was with the ladder for the boat. You could slide off the side into the water but the ladder to get back in was on one side, and only had a central piece with 3 poles for stepping up. There was only 1 handle to hold onto, so with the waves I unfortunately fell back into the water bashing and bruising my leg. Humberto was very careful and patient when it came to my mother (in her 70s) so she could get in safely, but if you do have issues with mobility, or in my case weight, it might not be the best option. Overall I wouldn't hesitate to book this tour again (even with the ladder - as I was a pro climbing in by the end). It certainly beat getting onto a larger slower boat with loads of tourists.
