Brewery, rum, chocolate factory tour. - Jovan did a fantastic job. He answered all of our questions and was very sincere and knowledgeable. He took us to all of the locations we desired and was an over all pleasure to work with. Great personality and a blast to be around.

Why not 6 stars?!! Reny was great - The experience as a whole was new fun and different. Loved every moment of it especially the Sloths and Monkey part of it. Everyone on the island and we encountered was so nice and welcoming. Our driver Reny was amazing and treated us like we were his family. I will definitely go again and would request Reny to do the tour.

Amazing Private Tour with Family! Reny is Amazing! - We took our family to Roatán on a cruise and we had the joy of doing a private tour with Five Star Roatan Tours. I heard about them thru a Royal Caribbean Cruise blogger. This was such an amazing tour!!!! I was with my family- husband and two children- 4 yrs and 16mth. Here is my run down on this tour….. First off you have to walk way out of the port. It was a little scary but we were able to find our guide with some help. The guide had a sign with my name so it was easy to see once we arrived. Our guide Reny was very helpful with getting to our first stop. I had a lot of stuff because of the kids, diaper bag, stroller, backpack. We dropped our stuff off and then walked to AJ animal encounter. It was very muddy but our guide helped me as I had a baby on my back. I was not super impressed by this animal encounter, it’s more like animals in cages. But that being said we got our photos, hugged a sloth, had a monkey on our heads and a parrot on my arm. I got exactly what I thought we were getting. I also was very impressed with the pull that the tour we went on had because we were able to move in front of other tours because of the private aspect of our tour. Also the staff of AJs were polite and offered us an umbrella to borrow as it was raining. Our guide was nearby and it made us feel safe having someone keep an eye on our party. We then went to the chocolate factory. Our driver came in with us again and helped us get chocolate and ice cream. It was packed but we were able to check it out and get some goodies. This was worth the spot just because it was some of the best chocolate I have had before. But again it was packed!!!! We went to the rum factory next and this was great! Totally worth the drive for it. Rum was good and the rum cake was even better. Weather wasn’t the best but our guide helped us take some family photos. The photo turned out pretty good and the view was amazing! We then decided to head back to the port and were dropped off at the front. I will say that having 2 children on this tour our guide drove very save and I felt good with kids not in car seats which is not something I would normally do. I can’t say enough how wonderful this tour was. Super private, great service, great guide. Our guide was really communicative and was also a great bodyguard for us which made us feel safe. Highly recommend this tour!!!! Ask for Reny!

Roatan tour, sloths, choc and rum factory - Daniel was great, amazing service and good info about Roatan, kids loved the sloths and the toucans, Couldn’t recommend them enough!!

Island tour - We so enjoyed having Wilson as our private guide that day. It rained but we made the most of it. He took us to a local for some local food and drink. He then secured a zip line, which was part of our original tour for us. Simply the best and would recommend this tour company again. Until next time.

JB was very punctual and collected us from our Norweigan cruise. He ensured that we got great photo ops with the monkeys and macaws too. We highly recommend using Roatan Five Stars. Great trip - Our tour guide was Reni and he was amazing, he made the entire experience worth it. He was informative and very patient. I am looking forward to the next trip we take, we will definitely book with your company and request Reni again.

Is a fraud - Full disappointed. We purchased a private tour for 27. They bring us to a free entry chocolate store (not the factory!!!!) to a free entry rum store, to the free charge Roatan sign for photos and to a really disappointed beach without any decent services. Was a total fraud! We paid $75 per person just to use an old bus in bad conditions, and have a driver! Over $1,500 for a horrible service. Stay away and do not use.
