The absolute best! - YALL!! I cannot rave enough about Sandris Tours Roatan! Like many people, I was so skeptical of booking outside of Carnival. Just finished my 8th cruise with carnival and I have never booked an excursion outside of the official carnival website. Well, 5 days before setting sail I decided my kiddos were going to experience something new so I reached out to Luis via Facebook about the Sloths, Monkeys, Macaws, City Tour and beach break! Luis was so responsive and answered all my questions so quickly. We had a group of 11 (4 adults, 4 teenagers, and 3 kids ages 2-8). From the moment we met our tour guide, Dani, we fell in love with his personality and how knowledgeable he was on all things Roatán! Dani escorted us to the van and driver for the day and ensured everyone was comfortable before we started our journey. Dani has an infectious personality and even brighter smile! The animal sanctuary (sloths, monkeys, macaws) was amazing! The staff were kind and very tentative to what we wanted to do. I was happy the water and Gatorade was only $2/bottle at this location. Every single person in our party was able to handle each animal and get photos. You could tell the animals were loved and treated well too! We add some last minute zip-lining ($50/person) while at the sanctuary which Dani happily accommodated. They had the rest of our party wait in a hammock area (it was shaded and nice). Next stop was the chocolate factory! My kids loved trying the different flavors of chocolate and we ended up buying 18 personal-size bars of chocolate to bring back to friends (less than $40 for chocolate and ice cream for all the kids). Next was the Rum Factory. My husband loved this. He was able to sample some rum and we tried 6 different rum cakes. The little kids selling bracelets outside got me 🤣 $5/2 bracelets, we couldn’t say no. Next was our beach break! We went to Bananarama beach which was great! 4 of our kids decided to do the banana boat ($25/person) and loved it! The food at the shake was GREAT! Only $6 for a kids meal and like $10 for an adult plate of tenders and fries. Lots of activities at the beach so bring cash if you want to jet ski, banana boat, hair braiding, etc. I believe they take cars but we don’t use cards on any islands. Next was the Roatan letters then back to the port. Overall, this was a highlight of our trip and if we return to Roatan, we will 100% book another tour with Sandris! Lastly, if you book a tour in November and you get Dani as tour guide. Wish him the biggest Happy Birthday!!

Best excursion we have ever done! - What we expected was far from what we experienced. First our driver was great. He explained a lot about the area. The van was super clean (sorry we didn’t leave it that way after in and out and beach) and very comfortable. Every stop was great. Nine of in all and everyone had the best time.

You WONT regret it!! 10/10. - I was a bit afraid to go off on our own, understandably. But let me tell you, I am so glad we did. We saved a lot of money and the service was beyond excellent. Before our trip, we contacted Luis through Whatsapp and he made the booking process extremely easy. Being able to speak with him directly really put us at ease. Once we arrived Luis and his team were patiently waiting for us bright and early. Van was comfy and cool A.C. We were a big group so had it all to ourselves. Our tour guide was Tanisha and she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the island as well as flexible with what we wanted to do. We don't drink so we skipped the rum factory and enjoyed more time to shop and enjoy the beautiful beach. She really took care of us like family! Do NOT hesitate to book with this business. We will definitely be booking with them again when we go back to Roatan! Overall highly satisfied!!

Private Tour with Luis - Highly recommend Luis!! When we were in port on the Carnival Jubilee a couple of weeks ago it was for sure a great private tour experience and truly the best time traveling around!! Luis knows all of the best spots and takes his time with everyone going above and beyond expectations. I highly recommend his tour and would definitely book with this amazing company again if I were to be in the port again in the future! All the best Luis!!

Amazing time in Roatan Honduras - This was one of three excursions were took on this Western Caribbean cruise and it was the best tour we have ever taken on any cruise! Jerry our your guide was amazing. Our ship came in late but he was there waiting for us. He was still able to take us where we had planned on going. The tour was awesome. We saw sloths, monkeys and exotic birds that we could actually hold and feed. That was truly the best part. The chocolate factory was also very interesting. I enjoyed that as well. The rum tasting, was really just a store selling rum. The beach stop was also great. We were able to sample some local food and beverage at this beach stop. As I mentioned, this was a wonderful tour and I would highly recommend this to anyone heading to RoatanHonduras

Fabulous Private Tour with Luis - Luis was fantastic he gave great attention to details and showed us beautiful locations for pictures. Having the private experience is the way to go as we got to hold the animals and stay in areas longer than the ship tours. Highly recommend Luis for a private experience 100%.

Best Tour we have ever done on any island!!!! - Luis was absolutely AMAZING! It was our first time in Roatan and he showed us all over the island via this amazing private tour. He told us a lot about its history and how the people live day to day. The animal sanctuary was absolutely beautiful, set on the side of the mountain in the jungle. We then went to the chocolate factory and got to watch them make some amazing chocolates. Afterwards we went to the west end and went to a beach front restaurant and hung out at our leisure. Never once did we feel rushed. At one point in the trip as we were driving around Luis asked if we ever had fresh Lychee before and we had not. He stopped at a roadside vendor real quick and grabbed a bag of 20 of them for us to share (amazingly the 20 cost around 80 cents USD!!!) We also stopped by the Roatan sign and got some amazing pictures (Luis is an awesome photographer too) Next time we head to Roatan we are DEFINITELY getting with Luis and planning on setting up a custom excursion. If you are thinking about doing this tour with them, DO IT! You won't regret any moment of it!
