So much fun in 1 day - Almost every destination exceeded my expectations and had a great time every place we stopped. Possibly the best day we had in our 13 days in Indonesia.

Overall great experience! - Aside from the tardiness of hotel pickup (should be picked up at 6:20am, instead got picked up at 7am), this trip was a blast! The boat crews were professional, there's a slight complaint about the gasoline smell, but I guess that's normal with this kind of speed boat. The tour guide, Fransisco, was awesome. He went above and beyond to ensure we have everything we need, and he made sure that we got the best experience. We were very lucky to see 3 komodos (1 male, 1 female, 1 baby komodo). We weren't lucky enough to see manta ray, but we saw 3 turtles. Overall, I would recommend this trip.

A “must do” experience and one I’ll never forget - Fantastic day. The climb on Padar Island was harder than expected (800 steps) but the views were worth it but wear shoes not sandals/slides. The pink beach and snorkeling was fantastic and we were lucky enough to see 2 Komodo dragons and a baby dragon. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I would highly recommend to them.

great trip until the boat ran out of petrol - All the details were well taken care of. The crew was attentive to the needs of limitations of an elderly couple and supported them throughout the day. Stops along the route were good, and the highlight was the short walk to see the Kodmodo dragons. Could have been perfect if it weren't for the unfortunate lack of petrol at the end of the trip that caused the board to be stranded for over an hour. Seems like the crew was not trying to be creative with ways to get their guests back and just waited for their company to bring them petrol from far away. It was a disappointing ending to otherwise a lovely day. This seems basic and should not happen.

Overall great tour - Overall great tour! Professional crew and well equiped boat with toilet. We enjoyed every part of this trip, we were able to see all the best spots in Komodo National Park and do some snorkling too. The food for lunch was great! Just one minus point for fins - several times it got loose in water and I had to come back to the boat and change for another one. Than I had to swim with different size of fins on each leg. Snorkel was not in the best condition too.

Great value trip - Overall this was a really great trip. It was on a small boat, with 4 crew and a captain. There were 10 customers, so it was a bit squeezy. The small boat meant we were able to access stops and leave more easily. There was adequate time at all six destinations and plenty of opportunity for swimming or snorkeling. The snorkeling was superb. The hike up Pandar was straightforward but very crowded. Spectacular views. The small group was great for Komodo island, it meant we were more agile and saw 3 Komodo’s. There were some VERY large groups of 30 plus people, glad we weren’t in one of those, I doubt they saw a Komodo because of the group size. Lunch was tasty and delivered in plastic reusable bento boxes. Great idea as there is sooo much plastic garbage here in Indo! Plenty of water and soft drinks provided as part of the trip fee. Toilet is small, so best you are changed ready for swimming before boarding. If not, you can change at Pink Beach. Like a lot of things in this part of the world, managing safety risk is pretty loose. So take responsibility for yourself, useful to have a small first kit with you and be a good swimmer. If not, then be cautious and ask for a life vest as there is current at most dive stops. The snorkeling was the best bit, astoundingly good coral, plentiful fish and turtles in clear water, amazing. No mantas this time. Don’t be shocked by the huge number of people and boats. This was a really good value for money trip, the guide Gusti spoke passable English and the rest of the crew were friendly and helpful. It was one of the cheaper trips available and it didn’t disappoint.

2.5 for leaving without us at Komodo island, 5 for itinerary - The itinerary was great. Hike to top of first island was challenging. Wish we had more time at the manta site or pink beach. The last stop was an island with a small beach and no amenities and no snorkeling. They threw some food into the water to make the fish swim over. Rundown/abandoned buildings. Need to find a better site for 6th stop. Our boat was the Ohana. Nice boat but very cramped. Felt like being on a bus all day. Tiny boat bathroom so no where to really change recommend wearing your swimsuit. Hard to get into the water at snorkeling sites trying to get 20+ people in on one small entry point from the boat. We’ve been on dozens of snorkel and dive trips which we love due to more space on dive boat or catamaran. A great trip if you want to see a lot in one day otherwise would recommend taking a snorkeling trip on a dive boat with much more space/room. The crew left us on the dock at Komodo island because we went to use the bathroom on way back to boat and they didn’t do a head count 😳 we waved and hollered and they came back but that shouldn’t have happened. The staff were all very nice but they didn’t apologize for leaving us. They seemed very uncomfortable in the water and several were not strong swimmers nor wearing fins. They wouldn’t be able to handle an emergency in the water. The snorkeling was very good at the first two snorkel sites but we didn’t see mantas. It’s wildlife after all so never guarantees.

Mass tourism and Insecurity. - Pick-up, schedule, condition of the boat: impeccable. Out of kindness, I will not say anything about the captain who typed another boat, or about the “guides who do not accompany”. Tour without interest just to say that you set foot on Padar, saw 2 dragons landed in the Komodo ranger camp, landed on pink beach but snorkeling prohibited, swam in the open sea, in 3 places: the first of very average interest with Guide who swam so fast that only 2 followed him, the other 2 from 12m to 20 meters bottom and nothing else. Surrounded by many other boats and groups that seem a little better organized. Swimmers with masks (let’s not talk about snorkeling) live their lives, scatter in all directions despite the current, a family on one side, beginners in the other 3, sometimes join another group so another boat. The boat can not follow and it is necessary to recover after half an hour. each one and the other, some being out of sight, spectacle in 40 years of sea travel never seen before. I spoke with many travelers during the 3 weeks spent in Labuan. The best formula seems 2 days and one night on cruise ship (slow), less subject to mass tourism and timing.

Misrepresentation of amenities offered. Running out of gas! - The boat was small. No air conditioning. No seasonal fruit, breads, nuts, coffee or tea. Only wafer, water, Coke and orange juice. I sat behind The boat captain and I kept getting soaked with ocean water because spray. There was no window beside the captain or myself because the he had to be able to stick his head out the window to see oncoming boat traffic. We ended up running out of 15 miles from the marina. It took them over an hour to bring us a can of gas. I would not recommend using this company. I have filed a complaint with the company and requested my money back

Unprofessional, lies, and 4 hours of missed time - This was the worst excursion I’ve ever done. They were adamant about being on time for the car. We were on time and there was no car. We had to continuously call and message them the entire time. They would either ignore us or say they’re on the way when they were not. They finally came 40 minutes late. They dropped us off at the dock and we waited her another hour. Everyone was very aggravated because 1 the story of why we were leaving so late kept changing and 2 we were now missing over 2 hours or what we paid for. Then when we were at one location, they were very unprofessional and screaming at everyone to jump in the water. Someone jumped in and freaked out and had to get pulled back onto the boat. During this process, the person caught a wire in the propeller and oil was spilling everywhere. We were then stuck on the boat for 2 hours. They wouldn’t even let us jump in and enjoy the spot we were supposed to. When it was fixed they said we can have time for one spot but not the other 2. They did not ask us our opinion on which spot we wanted. Many of us were very disappointed they did not bring us to the manta rays. When I asked why we couldn’t go there since that’s what most of the people sitting near me wanted, he said bc we wouldn’t see any this time of year. When I looked online, it said this is the best time of year to swim with manta rays in this area. Yet another lie told to us. I understand accidents happen but it was the lack of professionalism that was upsetting. We never got any money back for missing 4 hours of our trip and the experience with the manta rays.
