Arrival Day On Lombok m/ Day 0 :

Lombok - Pick up (Lombok Airport, Lembar Harbor, Mataram City, Senggigi Beach, Teluk Nare, Teluk Kodeq, Bangsal Harbor, Kayangan Harbor, Tete Batu) then transfer to Senaru Village and Check in Senaru accommodation (with hot/cold water ), briefing and free at your leisure. If time allowing (3 hours before sunset) you can visit the Famous Waterfall in Lombok (Sendang Gile and Tiu Kelep Waterfall.

Start Trekking

Mount Rinjani National Park - Our guide will pick you up at hotel lobby at 06.00 AM then transfer to Sembalun. Register the Rinjani Information Center (RIC) in Sembalun Lawang (1,156 m), meet your guide and arrange National Park entry tickets. Your guide gives you a briefing describing the route details, local cultural traditions and what you might see, and explains rubbish management and safety procedures. The trek starts from Sembalun Lawang with the gentle ascent walking through open grassland used as cattle grazing by local people. Resting at Pos 1 Pemantauan (1,300), after about three hours from Sembalun we reach Pos 2 Tengengean (1,500 m) enjoying the beautiful views of Mt. Rinjani summit (3,726 m). After another hours ascent to Pos 3 Pada Balong (1,800 m), we start the step 3,5 climb amidst the pine-like Casuarinas species locally known as Cemara, perhaps seeing evidence of wild pigs and the long-tailed grey macaque monkeys to the camp site at Plawangan II Sembalun crater rim (2,639 m).

Mount Rinjani National Park - We wake up around 02:00 am. under the cover of darkness and our guide and porter serve you with a hot drink and some toast with hot drink coffe and tea for light breakfast . We will start heading to the summit of Rinjani at 03:00 am. We start with a moderate trek, followed by a fairly easy but longer trek. Final approach that involves climbing up steep volcanic screen loser.

At 6:00.am We can reach the summit (3726 m) with a beautiful sunrise, and panoramic view of Lombok island, the island of Bali, the island of Sumbawa and Segara Anak Lake.

After that, we will descend into the crater rim Sembalun within 2 hours and have breakfast here. Then will continue to go down to the village of Sembalun, which takes 5 hours to reach down. Car will take us to the village of Senaru and we’ll transfer to your the next destination.

Climbing Mount rinjani summit through the Sembalun village is easier because it’s located at 1.150m above sea level while Senaru has an altitude 601m above sea level. This ascen route trekking activities usually takes place and starts at Sembalun Crater that offer a very beautiful landscape all the way up to the crater rim.
