- Lamar Valley - Lamar Valley, often called “the Serengeti of North America,” is situated in the northeastern part of Yellowstone National Park. It’s renowned for its stunning scenery, diverse flora and fauna, and rich wildlife. Our safari includes multiple stops here to observe wildlife, with your guide providing insights into its historical and geological importance.
- Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone - This canyon ranges from 800 to 1,200 feet in depth and 1,500 to 4,000 feet in width. Marvel at the breathtaking view of the Yellowstone River as it roars through the canyon and cascades down a 308-foot waterfall.
- Slough Creek - A tributary of the Lamar River, Slough Creek originates in the Absaroka Range and supports a wide variety of plant and animal life. Our wildlife safari makes several stops in the Slough Creek area to track and observe wildlife, with your guide sharing its historical and geological significance.
- Tower Fall - Located in the northeastern section of the Upper Loop near Tower Junction, this waterfall features a 132-foot drop. The unique rock columns north of the fall, known as columnar basalt, were formed by cooling lava.
- Mammoth Hot Springs - Situated at the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park near Gardiner, MT, Mammoth Hot Springs is famous for its thermal features and travertine terraces formed by mineral deposits. The algae in the pools give the terraces their distinctive brownish and reddish hues.
- Gibbon Falls - Gibbon Falls features an 84-foot drop of the Gibbon River along the edge of the Yellowstone caldera.
- Norris Geyser Basin - Take an incredible walk through Yellowstone’s most geothermally active area. Here, you can witness the renowned Steamboat Geyser and the Porcelain Basin Hot Springs. The area offers various trails ranging from 0.2 miles to 3 miles.
- Undine Falls - This easily accessible waterfall is a must-see three-tiered cascade. Originally called the “Cascade Falls of the East Gardiner,” it was renamed Undine by geologist Arnold Hague after the wise, female water spirit from German mythology who was believed to inhabit waterfalls and could gain souls by marrying mortal men. Sound familiar? Think Little Mermaid.
- Mount Washburn - We have several favorite pull-offs around Mount Washburn that are prime spots for wildlife viewing. Enjoy the expertise of your professional guide as they help you spot animals using binoculars and spotting scopes.

Our guides are CPR & Wilderness First Aid certified.
We are an authorized permittee of Yellowstone National Park.
*The park is set to close November 4th, but snow can cause the Lower Loop to be inaccessible before that date. If that occurs, we can start the tour in Gardner, MT.
