Enjoyable & Informative - It was our first time visiting Yellowstone, so we weren't sure what to expect. When we booked this tour & another we were hoping that we were doing the right thing. Our tour guide, James, didn't disappoint. He was very knowledgeable about the sights and animals of Yellowstone, and answered all of our questions, which really added to our experience. As, we had a lot of them. He showed us many of the more popular features which Yellowstone has to offer and some that weren't as well visited. He also gave us ample opportunities to enjoy seeing the many animal species of Yellowstone. He also gave us time to do some browsing, for snacks, drinks, and souvenirs at one of the general stores along the way. In addition, afterwards, he forwarded us a link to some of the pictures & videos which he had taken throughout the day. Thank you James!

Perfect day with James - This was our first trip to Yellowstone and James made it a perfect day. From the pick up with pastries all the way to the end of the day, James was an incredible host. His knowledge and love of the landscape, wildlife, and history of this part of the country is unparalleled. No request was too big or too small, and no questions were left unanswered. I would highly recommend this tour and James as your guide if at all possible. If you’re looking to do the South Loop in one day, look no further!

Great experience!! Highly recommend - We had a great time with our tour guide, Jeff!! He helped our group of 9 get to know each other. We saw elk, mule deer, pronghorn, sandhill cranes, one eagle, pelicans, swans, and lots of buffalo!! Tried to find bears and was very accommodating. He stopped to let us all take many pictures. Great communication, picked up on time from our hotel, and good lunch. Great stops for the bathroom. We would absolutely sign up for this tour again.

Excellent tour - HIGHLY RECOMMEND - Fantastic tour and day at Yellowstone. Our lower loop tour departed from West Yellowstone. Our tour guide James was one of the best tour guides we have ever had and we have traveled extensively. James was so knowledgeable and experienced about the history of Yellowstone, the geothermal features, animals and ecosystem. What impressed us the most was his sincere desire to make this a great experience for us. The itinerary was perfect. We started at Canyon Lodge which had a great visitor center showing the volcanic structure of Yellowstone. James knew the most strategic order of the sites to see...when animals would be most present and when the crowds would be the lightest at high traffic sites like Old Faithful. We were offered delicious pastries for breakfast, water and had a plentiful picnic lunch on beautiful Yellowstone Lake which was such a highlight. Air conditioned van was comfortable and binoculars were provided. I also want to commend the office staff and company. We spoke with Brian before the trip who was so helpful with what we would see on the tour and what we may want to do on our own. We also received a prompt refund for the entrance fees including in our tour fees since we had a park pass. The refund was processed wthin three days of the tour without us even having to ask. Highly recommend Yellowstone Day Tours!

Great Way to Experience the Best of Yellowstone in One Day - Duncan and Kelli were FANTASTIC!! Had only one day in Yellowstone during peak tourist season. This was a way to avoid the long lines of cars and spend more time at main sites like Old Faithful, Artist's Point, Great Prismatic, see wildlife, etc. The van was small (only 15 people on our tour) so good size. Duncan was the driver, and was impressive in his knowledge of the history and wildlife of the park. Kelli was the navigator, had knowledge of the trees, history of iconic hotels, and was ever on the lookout for wildlife and our welfare. Great that they supplied plenty of cold water on a warm day. On the way back we were tested on the history and facts Duncan mentioned during the ride and they did it in a very fun way. As a husband and wife team, we felt like we were on a family vacation with knowledgeable and caring parents. We were lucky enough to have seen numerous bison, elk, black wolf, eagles, and even a coyote with a ground squirrel scurrying along the parking lot. Overall, a pricey tour but well worth it and highly recommended. Thanks to Duncan and Kelli for making the trip especially fun and special!! :-)

The van was spacious and clean. Eddie prepared enough food and cold water for the whole day and we really appreciated all the fun facts about the park & the area. Everything went very smooth and we would recommend this tour with Eddie to everyone.
