Grand Tour of Yellowstone - Loved our tour! James, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the sites, flora and fauna. He knew just where to drive to spot the animals and take the best photos. Plus, he courteously dropped us off at the sites and then drove to park the tour vehicle (this one held 8 plus the driver so we didn't spend a lot of time entering/exiting the vehicle). He had a telescope and we had individual binoculars. Huge sandwiches were provided for lunch and we had breakfast danish pastries (although the pastries weren't on the list). The only thing missing was a tour of the Grand Prismatic Spring... it wasn't included and I would have preferred skipping a couple of the other stops in order have the time to see this spectacular site.

A great safe, informative and great sights - Ed, looked after all our requirements on what we wanted to see. Ed our guide, made sure we were safety briefed and provided great commentary on the lower park tour. The mini bus was safe and comfortable. Ed made sure we got to the sights and rest breaks were timed for all passengers as needed. Lunch provided from Ernies Bakery in West Yellowstone was great. Ed provides further advice if we were taking the upper loop as well.

A Fantastic Experience with a Passionate Guide - James from Yellowstone Day Tours was a wonderful tour guide during my visit to Yellowstone last week. His wealth of knowledge about the park and wildlife was astounding, and he skillfully managed our time to create a memorable day for our group. I felt equal parts excited and safe throughout the tour, especially during an exhilarating bear sighting. His passion for the park and its animals was contagious—a true testament to the joy of doing what you love. I left with amazing memories, photos, and a big smile on my face. I'd definitely recommend James and Yellowstone Day Tours if you're heading to Yellowstone soon!

Highly recommended - James was an excellent guide, very knowledgeable. He was flexible in his schedule and tried to meet the needs of us & the other guests. There were only 4 of us on the tour so it made for almost a private tour. Highly recommend James & this tour.

A must do for a short visit!!! - James was amazing. You can tell he cares about the animals and the land. If you only have a day or so to visit. Do this! We saw and learned about so many things in the lower loop. James was able to tailor the tour to accommodate my mom and other members. He’s funny and passionate. Had a fantastic day.

Great tour, great guide - James, our guide was fantastic. He was fun and extremely knowledgeable. If he was unable to answer a question he researched and answered before the end of the tour. At one point a group of people were gathered and told him they’d been watching a wolf but it had gone. He quickly went past the crowd, down the road, pulled over and found the wolf. We were all thrilled to see a wolf. Highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic small group tour 😁 - We had a fantastic day on this small group tour of the Lower Loop which included lunch. Our guide Mark was extremely knowledgeable and got us to all the right places at the right times to maximise our experiences. We learnt so much from him and had plenty of time at each stop to explore and take pictures. Taking a tour is the way to go as you get to sit back enjoy the drive whilst listening to the history and stories of Yellowstone. Thank you for an amazing day.
