A wonderful ghostly tour - A hauntingly wonderful tour around Otley. Who knew there were so many ghosts in this fabulous market town. Definitely recommended

Otley Ghost and History Tour spookadelic - We went on the tour in a dark Saturday night with the fireworks lighting up the sky
Our guide led us through the streets with her lantern telling us stories and with a superb Wordsworth rendition! We learnt loads about the local history, hauntings and goings on. Great evening highly recommended!

Charming, dark, informative and very entertaining! - Me and my mother went on this tour on Halloween night 2024. It was absolutely fantastic, we really enjoyed it!
It was brilliantly informative, spooky and Spindleshanks McSrew was a superb, entertaining and funny host. It was quite honestly the best halloween evening I’ve had in years.
I learnt some fascinating, if rather dark aspects of the towns history. All delivered in a charming and delightfully dark way. Who could know that such a picturesque town could have such sordid secrets?
Thanks for the wonderful time and we hope to come on this tour again and I recommend anyone reading this to go on the tour!

Recommend Otley Ghost Tour - Really enjoyed the tour, particularly interesting to hear about the history of Otley. Lovely to do something a bit different, recommend. Enjoyed the spooky twist.

Fabulous haunting hour - A fascinating and very fun tour of Otley's haunts and history. The host was a wonderful storyteller and kept us all enthralled throughout. A great way to spend an hour while in Otley.

Educational and entertaining! - Really interesting and humorous tour. Even though I’ve lived in Otley for over 20 years I learnt some new things about the history of our town.
Would recommend for anyone who is visiting or lives in our town.

Spooky fun - Though regular visitors to Otley, we didn't really know much about its history. All that changed when we met Spindleshanks McScrew aka Daisy from Otley Ghost Tours.
For just over an hour, Ms McScrew shared snippets of Otley's colourful past and characters. The tour took us along cobbled lanes and dark alleys, behind historic buildings, down to the river and back. There was never a dull moment as we were regaled with the gory, the humorous and the deliciously spooky.
Loved this tour from start to finish and would thoroughly recommend.

Charming, funny and well hosted. - Charming, funny and well delivered. The Otley Ghost Tour is a wonderful experience.
A great evening that was enjoyed by even some very young members of our tour, well worth your time.

Light heartedly spooky - We booked a private ghost tour for a group of 30 on one of the coldest nights this year. Our guide was extremely personable, mixing tales of ghosts and evil deeds with touches of humour. We learnt a lot and were thoroughly entertained. As with all the best ghost tours, there are no hidden figures waiting to jump out, but simple story telling at its best. Highly recommended.

Best ghost tour we’ve ever been on - The ghost tour was amazing!!! There was a lot of fascinating information about the history of the local area (as well as some scary ghost tales). We learned a lot! The guide was very fun and engaging! 10/10 would recommend!
