Great experience - Nice experience. It's a unique place to see. Friendly and well organized staff. The hovercraft very well, with a friendly guide and who explained everything well. The center they have with a few animals is simple but not bad

Fun time - My family had a great time on this airboat tour. We saw three alligators and many birds. Our captain, Jimmy, was very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this. My 11 year old said this was his favorite thing we did on our trip.

Zooming on an airboat! - Everything went smooth, Capt Mike was great saw two gators learned quite a bit of info about our Everglades friends and really enjoyed the air boat ride, the scenery and def recommend to others who have never taken the time to see what is in our backyard here in Florida.

Airboat ride fun - It a great air boat ride. You maybe disappointed if you expect to see a lot of wildlife. We saw one maybe two gators. My husband said it was the same gator. Our captain was informative but underwelming. Wear the ear plugs.

Great for the price + a reptile enclosure - We had a good time. The airboat captain let everyone know right away that it wasn’t guaranteed that you would see a gator because they’re in the wild and not enticed by food or anything. Totally get it. Unfortunately, our boat ride didn’t see a gator that day, but it was nice that the park had a reptile display with several enclosures to look at afterward. What would’ve made this a five star experience for me would’ve been to learn more about the ecosystem of the Everglades. For example, when the boat stops to look for gators, I would’ve been interested to hear about the types of animals and creatures in the glades, how it affects the environment, etc. Overall, we had a fun time, and for the price, I would definitely recommend this to others.

Disappointing brief ride and sorry looking animal enclosure - Disappointing. Did the trip off cruise ship and had been advised it was a 4.5 hour excursion- they used Floridatours. Com. It may be that the cruise ship’s description was the issue and if you go direct maybe it’s better. We had 30 minutes at most on the water, I had expected rather more steady cruising for wildlife but after 2 different birds and 1 alligator the captains said we’d covered the wildlife and we were wizzed off for the fun speeding. We then looked at a few animals in very small enclosures. I gather they rescue them but it was rather sad and inadequate looking. The chap telling us about the alligators didn’t project his voice and kept talking away from us so we don’t hear much. He kept his hood up the whole time. Coffee- tasty but painfully slow and we only had it because we had an hour hangings about before the coach left.

Choose another tour operator - Very nice and service minded crew onboard and in their animal sanctuary. The boat ride was a waste of money. Obviously no guarantee to see any animals. However this only a boat ride in between some straws… Recommend Everglades Airboat Expeditions on Highway 41.

Not worth it - Only saw two alligators and the area wasn’t anything great to see. No shows were done either. Felt like a waste of time and money.
