Waking Wonderful Westport - Deirdre was our tour guide - we started at the "octagonal"-Westport is one of the only planned towns in Ireland and has a rich history and architecture and many fine restaurants, hotels , pubs, and specialty shops. Deirdre is very knowledgable and very enthusiastic about Westport's history, present status and future plans. This tour made us want to stay in Westport to visit all the sites again and visit all the places Deirdre told us about. We will return to Westport and now know exactly where we want to go.

Westport brought to life - I was delighted to be Deirdre’s last customer of the season as she so aptly shared stories of determined red haired females and of course others who made a difference in the history of Westport.

A brilliant introduction to Westport! - A great hour filled with history, stories and much laughter - plus chocolate and buns! Highly recommended!

A must do in Westport - Darren gave us a lively and entertaining walk round the town, full of details you would never know from reading the history guides. It was well worth it.

A Fantastic Day in Westport on the Food Tour!! - We had a wonderful day in Westport on the Westport Food Tour. Our tour guide Darren was exceptional. Not alone did he guide us through outstanding local Westport Food Business but he also shared his excellent knowledge on the history of Westport past and present. We really enjoyed hearing the origions of the town. We had eleven stops on the Food Tour tasting and enjoying the best of local produce. Awesome tour - Brilliant walking tour, which gave us a tremendous insight into the local history & culture. We met some of the locals & had the opportunity to sample some of the local cuisine.

11/10 - Brilliant food & history tour of Westport! Darren is fantastic, loads of fun and the food is to die for! Couldn’t possibly pick a favourite but Krem icecream was insane! 11/10 if you are in Wesport and are a foodie ❤️

Make this either your first, or your next, "To Do" in Westport. - (We did the Food Tour of Westport) Westport is a gem on the west coast, which is why we keep going back. Even still, we didn't realise there were so many great places to eat and drink. Being creatures of habit, we sometimes overlook, and thereby seriously miss out on, the many and diverse great experiences to be had in this great town. Not least the tour, and especially our tour guide, Darren. He made us feel like old friends from the get go. If the essence of a good guide, is a person who has an encyclopedic knowledge of the target area, a relaxed and friendly demeanor, and a great rapport with the locals, Darren has it in spades. I wish we'd done this tour a few years ago.

Westport food tour - We really enjoyed this food tour. Darren was a friendly, fun and knowledgeable guide pointing out features of historical interest as we walked through the town, and the shopkeepers offering samples were passionate, with quality at the forefront of what they did. It was fantastic to be shown the vibrancy of Westport, and my girlfriend lists it as the one of the highlights of our trip earning me "brownie" points for booking it. I highly recommend it for tourists and locals alike. Thanks.
