Excellent - These guys are solid and have great ski equipment supplemented with great service. Best thing is how they deliver it right to your hotel, which cuts the hassle from the normal ski equipment rental process.

Best rental shop in Whistler - Can’t recommend enough. Skis I hired were brilliant quality and perfectly selected for the conditions I had on my trip. They were set up and ready for me when I arrived and served to me by friendly and knowledgeable staff. On the final day I decided not to ski but black tie were happy to refund my day with no hassle. Will 100% use again .

Great customer service, and great skis! - Walked into the shop in Whistler, Village, and I believe her name was Sophie, gave us a great overview of where to ski, and where to go. We knew nothing! Skis were awesome! One of us needed to cancel skiing for a day, and it was absolutely no problem getting a refund on the skis. Will definitely work with them again on future trips!

Thank you for a great ski rental service from a very friendly team - I can’t recommend these guys & gals enough. The kit was delivered to our chalet by a great team who really knew their stuff. We then went to the shop many times to swap from skis to snowboards and back again. We were always greeted by a friendly team who were very efficient.

Rental to demo - great selection of premium skiis and superb service - I looked for a rental for some skiis I wanted to demo to decide on a pair to purchase and found Black Tie rented them - was so happy I did! They gave a discount for booking a few days ahead, delivered an additional set of skiis they thought I may like and arrived exactly at the time they estimated they would deliver! The gentleman was knowledgeable and fitted both pairs to my boots so I could try a different pair each day. When I called after day 2 to return them, they gave me a rest day and arrived to pick up the original 2 pairs and delivered another couple pairs to discuss. I decided on one pair to try and didn’t like them at all so called from the top of the mountain and they found a pair I wanted to try for the 2nd time for me…all I had to do was an easy download and short walk to the Sundial location and they were waiting for me and quickly adjusted to my boot. I had an amazing ski day and ended up finding a store to buy them from!!! Highly recommend this company and amazed at their customer service!

Great ski rental experience in Whistler - We have used Black Tie Ski Rentals in Whistler for several ski trips (including our most recent spring ski trip in April 2022), due to their convenient location (at the base of Blackcomb gondola), their pricing (better than competitors), and their friendly helpful staff.

Great quality, amazing service and locations - These guys are amazing. The staff were super quick with getting us fitted and very friendly. You can leave your skis with them at either whistler or blackcomb base so you don't need to lug em back to your hotel. The equipment is also very great quality. Choose these local guys for your ski hire in Whistler!
