Amazing Intro to Via Ferrata with an amazing guide (Victor) - We have always wanted to get introduced to mountain climbing and the Via Ferrata was a great introductory experience set against the majestic Howe Sound with the mountains in the background. Our guide Victor was amazing throughout - he made sure to explain everything in detail (wearing of the harnesses and how to use the carabiners on the different Via Ferrata cables etc.) and he did it all with a smile and a wonderful personality. I would highly recommend doing the Via Ferrata experience - it's adventurous and you get the great views all in one place :)

A walk in the clouds - We took a walk in the clouds. It was an overcast day, just bad luck in August. The Via Ferrata was still fun and our guide, Emile, was awesome and kept us going and entertained throughout the experience. We felt safe and had fun.

Via Ferrata fan - I love a good via ferrata experience and this certainly was one. If you've never tried it and have an adventurous spirit, give it a go. If you have tried others, this stacks up nicely. I've done a couple in the Swiss Alps where they are super popular and I would consider this a K3 (difficult) on the Husler scale which goes to K6. Some of the popular Swiss routes include some really interesting features like cable bridges, twisting ladders, tyrolean traverses, and zip lines. This route doesn't feature stuff like that, at least not yet. It would really be cool if they expanded their operation so that it did. Another difference is that most Swiss routes are typically unguided, but that is just not an option here. Our guide, Jess, was great. She shared some local wisdom and made sure everyone was safe and comfortable in their surroundings. I would highly recommend this adventure.

Amazing time on Whistler mountain. - We had an amazing time, there a small mix-up with the reservation but they got it sorted out and we were able to do the Via Ferrata in the afternoon. Our guide Devlin was great explaining the safety procedures and helping out ppl n our group that needed extra coaching. I would definitely recommend it and we would like to do it again in the future.

It is not for everyone - If you are not fit for this, you will lose money because there is no refund. They will ask you to stop in the middle of the hike if you are not able to keep up with the group. They made the right call for my wife and I agree with the decision. Just want to let everyone know that you won't get the money back if you don't finish it.
