Amanda and Executive Class Experience - I arrived to YVR early and was easily able to take an earlier bus. I enjoyed the Executive experience. Amanda was an outstanding driver and guide. She provided humor and valuable information and advice throughout. And she was able to drop me off at my hotel in Blackcomb (Hiltin Grand Vacation Club) after the Gateway Loop.

Whistler to Vancouver Airport - Bus left on time and arrived early to Vancouver airport, as no downtown drop off, so went directly to airport. Bus was clean, driver friendly.

Incredible Ride to Whistler - Rode on the Skylynx Whistler Bus from Vancouver Airport to Whistler and it was an incredible experience. Our driver Manda provided us such friendly and fantastic service. The ride was quick, punctual and we were dropped off right in the village area. Honestly, very good price for the level of service and comfort. I have already booked my return tickets with Skylynx.

Terrible company - Terrible company that takes no responsibility for stolen items. Our suitcase was stolen by someone from the cargo area of the bus while at the Vancouver hotel stop which a passerby reported to those of us on the bus. They do not lock the luggage compartment and the bus driver told us this happens at this location from time to time. It had all my sons’s ski gear. The company took no ownership of this and told me to report it to my homeowners insurance as their insurance “doesn’t cover stolen suitcases.” They clearly did not do the right and honorable thing and take responsibility. This was a huge expense and stress. They told me we would get a check for $250 which barely made a dent in our losses anyway. That was several weeks ago. When I inquired about it I was told that all takes weeks to get rom Canada to US. Sure… I read other reviews of suitcases that didn’t show up at the destination as well. Travel at your own risk.

Extremely Dissatisfied With Transportation Booking - My flight out of ATL was delayed by an hour. When I arrived at my booked transportation through viator, I was told I had missed my appointment (booked for 1pm and arrived at 1:30). I was told I could not be refunded and the flight delay was not their fault. I replied the flight delay was not my fault either. I booked another transportation company after having to wait an additional hour, which was no problem and I was happy to have a company that was able to get me booked so quickly. The new company was more expensive but was accommodating. The new companies parking spot was next to the Viator booked company and had a bus ready to go. I asked if they had seats available and they did. But, since I had already paid the new company I went with the new, more accommodating company. The person at the Viator booked company NEVER told me there was another shuttle in an hours time. I would have gladly waited. The rep at the Viator booked company was rude, condescending and offered no help other than to cancel my booking. He said he could cancel but would not refund die to the flight being delayed, he again said the delay was not his fault. I am a travel agent and I travel frequently. This experience was NOT acceptable. Things happen while traveling, flight are delayed often, on this day, Delta had a crash into another Canadian airport as we arrived in Vancouver. From my experience, as a frequent traveler, I would NEVER put my clients into this type of position, scrambling to find transportation. The Skylux representative, booked through Viator, acted horribly in a horrible situation. I was extremely disappointed that he did not offer the next shuttle available. There WAS room per the driver. The representative was checking the guests in and we were standing there at the next parking shuttle bus spot. My husband talked directly to the driver and was told there was room. That was so very disrespectful. Again, I would never put my clients through this type of treatment.
