We Will Be Back! - I've just read some of the "terrible" reviews for the tour and I sure these people were on a different tour (or a different planet). to me and the group I was with. From start to finish it was an amazing experience. Mark our tour guide was great. Enough information to keep us interested and a great sense of humour. The room where you can smell / taste some of the botanicals was really interesting. Then on to the cocktail master class ! I will say the volume in the room got louder as the session went on !! Somehow Evie, our "teacher" managed to keep us on track. We had three cocktails, were taught the best way to shake a cocktail and how to pour the cocktail into the glass along a spoon (don't ask!). It wasn't rushed and you were able to take the unfinished cocktails into the bar. All in all I thought it was really good value for money. I've been on a gin tour before where you had to buy the drink ... definitely not necessary on this tour! Thanks again to Mark and Evie and all the staff. Just be warned ... We Will Be Back :-)

Amazing Cocktails - Visited today and had the tour and it was interesting but let’s face it I was there for the gin. The best bit was making some cocktails with Gaby, who was prepared and very engaging with her lesson. Me and my husband had a great time, give it a go. It’s set around a beautiful chalk stream and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed it.

An experience not to be missed in the beautiful countryside. - The entire experience was delightful. All staff were helpful contributed to the experience. The tour of the distillery commenced with a brief introduction by a superb guide - followed by a welcome drink and cinema session. The tour proper then kicked off with visits to various parts of the premises with explanation provided clearly by the guide who also had a great sense of humour. We learnt and saw many interesting things before finally departing through the well stocked shop into the countryside. A unanimous thumbs up - well done Bombay Sapphire.

Great fun doing a master class with friends or family - Visited site for a tour and a masterclass staff very friendly and attentive. Really enjoyed the master class. If I was to criticise anything I would like to try different cocktails as I have been a few times with different people but always get the same cocktails. Each time most people do not like the negroni so would be nice if that changed this one.

The tour was fun and very explanatory - a fun experience - the gin is brewed and bottled in Scotland but this is the place where they infuse the botanicals. Its the site of an old mill, printworks and British & Indian banknotes production. Now the marvellous greenhouse hosts examples of the botanicals from all over the world that are used to flavour the gin. The tour was fun and very explanatory with the bonus of a gin cocktail to finish.

Timed out on drinking the gin! - A wonderful experience and the Guide was very informative and easy to listen to. We could have done with more time to drink the gin! The short film did not give us enough time and I had to wolf mine down before joining the rest of the group. Suggest having the gin at the end and sitting in the sun to enjoy it!

Depends who your guide is! - Fan of their gin, have done several v.good brewery tours - so thought this would be good. The site and its history is v.interesting and Heatherwick's domes striking. After a rapid intro you watch a short film and quickly drink a gin which on the morning tours means at 11.30 a.m. Given that you then have to stand for approx 1 hour, that may not suit some. Our young male guide on 20/7 spoke very rapidly - all the information was delivered but not in a way which held attention and he didn't engage with the group. I see that other guides are highly praised and I've no doubt most are indeed very good. Other people on site - cafe manager and on reception - were charming. Finally, the shop was not that conducive to purchase. Encouragement to do so would be better somehow blended with tour.
