Nestled amidst the picturesque English countryside, this distillery promised a journey into the world of gin that I simply could not resist. On a warm August day, I embarked on this adventure, eager to uncover the secrets behind one of the world’s most beloved spirits.

Upon arrival, the charm of Laverstoke Mill was immediately apparent. The historic site, with its rich history in paper-making, now serves as the home of Bombay Sapphire gin. The day began with a visit to the Turbine Bar, where I was invited to craft my own gin and tonic. The self-serve gin dispensers offered a delightful start to the experience, setting the stage for what was to come.
