Great for all ages. Amazing experience. - This tour was amazing! Chad worked with our group of 11 and made sure the 5 kids had an amazing time. He modified a scavenger hunt for the 3 and 6 year old so they could find treasure! Seriously the best. He was so educational but also kept the adults laughing. We got sandwiches from Glacier cafe (those are the nicest people and so willing to work with you) and saw sled dogs! Carcross is a small cute town as well. There is not wasted moment on this entire trip.

Amazing Tour - This is an amazing tour. We opted for the private tour so we could have a more personalized experience and it was well worth it. Trevor was very knowledgeable, easy going, and a great personal photographer when needed. He is also a good, safe driver, which was important since my whole world was in that van. The lakes, rivers, and waterfalls are stunning. The sled dog training facility was interesting and the pups were adorable. We even saw a moose on our way back, which Trevor claimed was rare, but I think he somehow orchestrated it because it was the one thing I told him would make my entire day. We were cruisers but did not book through the cruise line (saved a lot of money) and it was a seamless experience despite the cruise line changing our itinerary less than three months before our departure. Beyond Skagway was flexible and able to change our tour with no problems. Communication was wonderful. We really could not have asked for a better tour experience. My advice, book it.

Wonderful day in Skagway with puppies! - Spencer was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and provided great information. We saw amazing sights and scenery! The sled dog camp was awesome! It wasn’t crowded, we had a thrilling sled dog ride, held puppies and had a short talk given to us by the owner. Carcross is a small, cute area. Food options are limited so if you have picky eaters, bring snacks.

Fascinating and Fun: a Gorgeous, Informative, and Down to Earth way to explore Skagway - Amazing! My family and I toured with Trevor. He was VERY informative about the local history, cultures, and biomes. We all learned a lot about Alaska! The views were absolutely gorgeous. Trevor and Beyond Skagway tours were kind and accommodating, patiently answering my litany of questions and helping us to safely explore everywhere we were interested in seeing. They were very down to earth and respectful of the many cultures of the world. Incredible! I highly recommend booking with them :)

A++ day in Skagway with Beyond Skagway - Amazing experience with Beyond Skagway! From initial communication, to adjusting and re-adjusting our plan for the day - they were fantastic communicators and totally flexible. Mo, our tour guide, met us right at the pier and we boarded our immaculate van for a day full of sightseeing, fun and interesting facts and lots of picture ops! They recommended a fantastic cafe for us to pre-order our lunch and we stopped for a delicious picnic lunch in Carcross. The sled dog stop was the highlight of our day - the puppies were so cute! So interesting to learn about Michelle’s race! We also panned for gold - the kids enjoyed every minute of the day! Highly recommend!

Perfect Alaska Excursion - Had the absolute BEST time with Trevor exploring Skagway, Yukon border and Carcass and at the Dogsledding camp. We had 10 attend ranging from age 6 to 48 and this was our favorite event of our Alaska cruise. Skagway is beautiful and we stopped at several sites to take in the beauty. We learned a lot about the area from our extremely knowledgeable and personable guide. Our dog sledding experience was a blast and we had a great time with the dogs and the adorable puppies. Everyone was super friendly at camp as well. Recommend this event with Beyond Skagway Tours for everyone!

Great family tour. - This was the second time we chose Beyond Skagway as our excursion while in Skagway. We were able to do a lot of things during our 7 hour tour. We were traveling with our Son, Daughter-in-law, and two granddaughters ages 9 and 7. Our tour guide Trevor was very informative and provided a memorable trip for all of us. We stopped at the suspension bridge and our son and daughter-in-law decided to cross over it. The highlight was the cart ride pulled by Michelle Phillips Iditarod team and getting to pet the puppies. We learned a lot about the sport of mushing. The girls also got to pan for gold and did a scavenger hunt. We highly recommend this tour company to anyone visiting Skagway.
