Excellent trip to Chiang Rai - Ratana collected us from our hotel for the drive to Chiang Rai - stopping en-route a time the hot springs. She was very knowledgeable about both temples - explaining in full detail the very interesting story that lead to the building of the white temple. She was considerate of our needs and schedule and can be described as always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that we had another excellent trip with her. We would highly recommend her as a guide and a person. This trip took place in November 2019.

Great trip to Chiangrai - We had a great day with Ratana, she picked us up right on time and drove to Chiangrai, a brief stopover at the hot springs on the way for a coffee and bathing feet in the hot springs water. There is a fair bit of construction happening on the mor mountainous section of road so be prepared for a bumpy ride. Sabai sabai! The White Temple was fabulous. We thought it would be a bit kitschy but it was very impressive. There were crowds but not too bad, thank god it wasn’t the weekend! Blue temple was equally as good, the artwork was breathtaking. We found a cheap Khao Soi restaurant in town for a bite of lunch, the Ratana kindly too us to Wat Phra Kaew, the temple where the Emerald Buddha was discovered before it was sent to the Grand Palace in Bangkok. It was very peaceful there and well worth the visit. Finally, back in the car and returned to Chiang Mai. A long day but well worth it. Ratana is an excellent driver and helpful guide. We would definitely recommend her. Kop Khun maak krup

White and blue temple - We took the tour to Chan Rai to see the white and blue temple with Ratana and it was a great experience. She is very kind and very helpful with the explanations. Magical - Ratana took me to see the White Temple and Blue Temple. Along the way, we stopped for coffee and banana roti. I also had my first experience foot massage with the fish. Ratana is an awesome guide and friendly. She's very knowledgeable about Buddhism and local history. I had so much with her on this tour. I highly recommend her.
