Safety, Fun, and Heartwarming Service – A Must-Do in Phuket! - My daughter wanted to have some thrilling experience in Phuket, Jungle zipline adventure is surely a must-do.
We consulted Google AI, a list of different options popped up; the decision of going to Hanuman World turned out to be one of the best we made during our trip.
- A personal touch beyond the rule : The day before Hanuman World, we went on a speedboat tour to nearby islands (Khai / Phi Phi / Bamboo), my wife suffered from severe seasickness and vertigo, she didn't feel well enough to join us at the park. The situation was explained to one staff member called Miew, despite the official rules, they showed such kind understanding, and refunded my wife's ticket. We truly appreciated this exceptional personal touch before we even entered the park.
- Safety & Fun : I was a bit nervous about safety before we started jungle zipline, especially for my daughter. However, watching how they carefully buckle and unbuckle at every platform, slowly let go of my worries. Apart from that, the coaches were trying to create a fun and relaxing vibe, people were laughing and shrieking with joy all around us. My daughter absolutely loved the adventure.
- Exceptional care : A small incident happened during the zipline, due to nervousness at very beginning, the cable was accidentally touched, the friction caused a small cut on my little finger. Once we finished the course, their staff immediately brought out a first-aid kit. A coach named Berm, rinsed the wound, applied iodine, and wrapped it with a clean bandage. I was really impressed by how they took care of every customer.
Thank you again, Hanuman World, for the happy memories brought to our family, and for every small and heartwarming detail experienced by our family!

The tour guide was knowledgeable, passionate, and engaging, making the experience both informative and enjoyable. - We had an amazing experience with Kaye! From the moment the tour started, it was clear they were not only knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about the history, culture, and stories of the area. She kept us engaged with fascinating facts, answered all our questions patiently, and added a personal touch that made the tour feel special.

Great experience - The service was perfect. The beach being near by giving a great view and background music. Our waitress Jan help a lot getting our names and making us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Fun - I highly recommend doing this it gives you a Big adrenaline rush definitely worth doing. The flying fox was excellent with its amazing tour guides and fun rides.

Wonderful experience - We had a wonderful experience at hangman world it was paced around nicely and we enjoyed it a lot as a family. Special shout to Crew who kept the rides fun and safe and to Joker who assisted wonderfully in this experience.

Fun and thrilling experience — kids will absolutely love it! - Hanuman World is an amazing adventure park with lots of exciting activities for all age groups. The experience itself is brilliant — well organized, very safe (much safer than most adventure setups you find in India), and the staff are professional and friendly.
Kids had a fantastic time, and there are plenty of options for everyone — from ziplining to sky walks and other fun challenges.
The only downside is that photos are quite expensive — 161 Baht per soft copy, and they don’t provide any hard copies. Still, the overall experience more than makes up for it.

- Awful!! Don’t bother coming, long wait times with the kids in the heat is not enjoyable.. when you arrive they put you in a long queue for half an hour with no air con. In addition, the staff have no clue on what they are doing.. go to elsewhere.
