I used to be a kid who always helped my mom while she cooked and then I become a person who is passionate about cooking Thai traditional dishes. My Thai food expert skills have taken me across the world to chase my dream. I was a Thai chef in the United State for a couple of years and a Japanese Chef for one year. Now it’s time to share all my skills and knowledge.

Incredible cooking experience! - Tonight we had the BEST cooking experience with Anna! She was the most attentive, incredibly knowledgeable and amazingly skilled chef to learn delicious Thai food from. Her previous many years experience of working at a Michelin rated restaurant shows! We thoroughly enjoyed her bubbly and considerate approach to learning all the skills we needed for the cooking lesson and she had everybody engaged from the beginning. I'm so excited to take the recipes home with me and whip up not one, but three authentic Thai dishes to impress family and friends with! Thank you so much for a magical and unforgettable time, I'll definitely be back when I return to Thailand again!

Highly recommended market tour and cooking experience - Great market tour and cooking class! Tony is a very good teacher and gave us lots of tips on adjusting ingredients and making the dishes our own. My teen son and I thoroughly enjoyed tasting local dishes at the market and pestering Tony with lots of questions as well as cooking at Tony’s studio. We made a soup and curry of our choice as well as prawn pad thai and sticky rice with mango. My son has a peanut allergy which was very well catered for. We then sat down and ate together with the other class participants and took home the leftovers. Tony emailed through lots of photos and a recipe book. We travelled a long way from the other side of Phuket to get to the class but it was well worth it - priceless to hear my son say he felt really “accomplished” afterwards. Thank you Tony!

Best experience in Phuket! - This was an amazing experience. On of the highlights of my trip to Phuket. The trip to the market was so interesting. It was great getting knowledgr about manybof the ingredients used in thai cooking We also got chance to try some of the local food whihc was yummy. Then we went back to tony's kitchen. The kitchen is so well set up. Spotless and clean. I noticed there was so much attention to hygiene standards. Very impressive. Tony and his team was very welcoming. One of his team even took pictures for us so we could focous and enjoy the cooking sessjon. The whole evening was a delightful experience filled with fun and laughter. At the end we got to feast on our yummy food. We even got sent Tony's recipes so we can try to recreate this at home. I would 100% recommend this wonderful experience.

Best experience - This was such a Highlight of our travels in Thailand so far! It felt so Authentic, Tony was so friendly and knowledgeable. The food we cooked was amazing and there was so much choice as well. Please if you are just considering it - do it!

Outstanding Cooking Class - This was an amazing cooking class with the wonderful chef Tony. We were taken to the local market by the lovely Annie ( sorry if I got your name wrong but you were fabulous) to get our fresh produce to begin our cooking class. This was not just a shopping expedition for the class ahead, but a complete breakdown of all of the produce at the market and their culinary attributes. We then began our class with Tony and his team. We cooked 4 dishes in total and thoroughly enjoyed the experience and the amazing meal at the end. I would highly recommend this Thai class if you were contemplating a cooking class while in Phuket.

A great course - We learned so much from this course. I enjoyed walking around the local market and trying some of the food and it was great having a local guide who was able to explain what the foods were and how they were used. Tony taught us how to cook a wide range of dishes. He was patient, knowledgeable and his instructions were very clear. There were only four of us on the course so we had plenty of attention when needed. It was a great morning and I would recommend it to anyone who would like to cook some Thai food. An added benefit was that we had no washing up to do at the end!!

Enjoyable and relaxed cooking lesson with Tony - Very relaxed and enjoyable experience cooking with Tony and his team. Started with a trip to the market to pick up ingredients then back to his kitchen to cook up 3 dishes and have a very filling lunch (Tony provides tubs for leftovers). Highly recommend it.

Beyond disappointed - Tony cancelled on our group as we were waiting for the taxi he had already said he had organised. It was last minute and asked if we could change the date as the market was closed....I call Bull sh#t I think he forgot to book us in and tried to cover his mistake by cancelling last minute I demanded a full refund. He did offer us another time but to late you can't mess people around like that when I had booked and planned it months in advance. If I could give minus stars I would.
