Traverse nearly 2 miles (3 km) of winding paths, ascend 800 steps, and descend 350 of them to reach 443ft (135m) below the surface.

Salt mines trip - Alicia picked us up at airport on our first day & offered to take us back via salt mines on our last day . It was fantastic she is so knowledgeable and kind bought us snacks even as long trip. Highly recommend

We took this tour with my wife and... - <p>We took this tour with my wife and 11 year old daughter. Alicja was great to work with, she picked us up promptly at our hotel in a Mercedes-Benz sedan. For the 30 min trip to the Salt Mine she kept us entertained with Polish traditions and stories. The short walking tour of the town of Wieliczka was very nice and she is quite knowledgeable about the area. We loved the pictures in the town square - she had a great idea for those. Tour of the mine was very interesting and we all enjoyed it. Alicja was right there to meet us at the end and take us back to our hotel. A very enjoyable tour!</p>

Alicja was a great guide. She picked... - <p>Alicja was a great guide. She picked us up on time in a comfortable Mercedes, and provided us with water and snacks for the short drive to Wieliczka. She took us on a nice walk around the town, and got us to our salt mine tour on time as well. We returned to our hotel right at the pre-arranged time. </p>
<p>Definitely recommend if you are looking for a trip to the Salt Mines, or to any of the other locations they go.</p>
