Disgraceful - Disgusting - Stay away from this company. Booked to go to Auswich and be collected at 10-10am, the night before I was contacted by WhatsApp to say trip was cancelled as no tour guides. Around 9pm I was then informed I was been picked up at 5-40am the next morning could I confirm. I confirmed immediately that this was not acceptable. Anyway at 5-40am I get a message to say the bus is outside, as we were half asleep and had refused I declined. Trying to get a refund is proving extremely difficult and the comments of the company are a disgrace. Asked for call back absolutely nothing. Went to Viator who I booked with and they now have to start the process of investigation. Wish I had look at reviews, many had the same experience as me. They overbook and work it to suit them not the customer. A 1* Star Customer Experience & Service. Both 70 year olds on state pension, main purpose was this trip and it been an awful experience.
