Unsafe and faulty - Initially meeting to check in to pick up vehicle was very well done. Person at the desk was very helpful and informative. They even gave us some snorkel gear to use free of charge. First initial issue was these vehicles are manual only and we were not aware of that prior to reserving them. So we had only one person in the party that knew how to drive and we had reserved two vehicles. Therefore we had to pay for a driver to drive the second one which cost me another $140 on top of the $500 I already spent. If I had known ahead of time, I would’ve reserved the driver through this app and not paid all these extra fees. The other thing that was very disheartening is if you go directly to them, the price is half of what I paid. Irvin was wonderful and we are so grateful that he was with us because the vehicle that my brother was driving kept stalling out and backfiring. It started to rain at one point and the wiper did not work. We had reserved these 10 hours and barely had been able to use them for five hours and because of all the issues we had we only got to go to really two stops before going into downtown where the group as a whole was just very frustrated and not feeling safe in these vehicles. Mind you the tour guy did switch vehicles with my brother, but that one had a better engine and did not backfire or stall but the alignment Was way off and very hard to steer to the point where my brother’s arms were aching from trying to control it from swerving off the road. Irvin, I feel tried to keep us out as long as he could because he kept stating to my family members that there was absolutely not going to be any refund Even though both vehicles had some kind of issue and really were not safe. It was very disheartening because the places that we really wanted to see the most we could not go to because of all the issues that we had that by the time we’d get there or we didn’t want to take a chance of driving 45 minutes in a vehicle that just really wasn’t safe. The only reason I’m giving this 2 stars is because of Irvin our tour guide and without him, this experience would’ve been so much worse than it already was. They were telling us how they were going into high season. I just hope that they get their rentals fixed and brought up to a standard. Where it is safe for people that are driving them on their own can do so without having to worry about stalling or losing control. The concept of these tuk tuks is really a neat one and we are so disappointed that it did not go as we had hoped. I would encourage anybody that considers renting to inspect and ask to test drive before they take these out. We spent a lot of money and got to do very little with them.

Scammer Scammer Scammer - We spent $800 to argue with the scammer/con artist. For our group our jeep ATV excursion was $800. Abraham, who I’m guessing is the owner knew we were arriving via Virgin cruise. We got off the boat a little later than expected, but still made it to the excursion booth on time. We called Abraham several times to find the location of the booth because the directions were not clear. A few times we did not get through to him, but he eventually called us back and we still made it by 9 AM. I repeat, we did get in touch with him prior to showing up! At no point did he tell us that our spots were no longer available. As we were checking in, he told us that he did not have availability for us. Thats crazy being we had already paid in full and had confirmation emails DAYS before. On the phone he was nice but in person he was very rude and had no interest in working with us. He said we would not be getting our money back, even though nothing we did was wrong! Scammer scammer, scammer! It would have been completely different if we had not paid in full and not had received a confirmation. So why would he sell our spots to someone else and deny us a refund?!! I’ve used Viator many times for booking excursions and this by far was the most disappointing. I really hope his business gets removed if he’s ripping people off like this.

Do not book. Scammers - Horrible experience. These guys are scammers. We booked and have a confirmation number. The start time for the reservation was 9:00. At 8:53 we called as we walked thru the bazaar. At 9:00, we arrived and he informed us he gave our tour away. Clearly, he is running a scam to double book customers. He took our funds, a group of 8, then sold it to someone else…buyer beware.
