Additional Information
- Cameras are allowed, but not in the water.
- Groups may contain up to six participants, with a maximum of 6 people per 2 dolphins.
- Please bring a swimming suit, sunscreen, and your confirmation when entering the aquarium.
- This program is accessible for people with special needs, but consultation is required prior to reservation.
- The minimum participant age is 8 years, and pregnant women and non-competent swimmers may not participate.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a confirmed reservation can only be done up till 24 hours in advance of the start of the Dolphin program, and can be done by direct phone contact or email. The cancellation is only valid after confirmation.
Cancellations that occur within 24 hours before the start of the program will incur the full cost of the reserved Dolphin program.
Please arrive on time! Late arrivals will result in reservation cancellation and full payment charged to the credit card.

I work with animals ; my major concern was humane/ non captive/ educational. It was a great experience, one of the trainers knew on of my professors & the visit & experience was really excellent.
I will be back for level 1/2 .

Zo mooi om met dolfijnen in het water te zijn maar ook hoe jullie werken met dolfijnen en het ook heel leuk maken voor de deelnemers. Echt een aanrader

We had one of the most amazing experiences of our life. Our guide Junior was friendly and funny at times. He made us feel at ease before entering the water and whilst we were in the water with the two beautiful dolphins. The photographer took some good shots and captured all the actions. It's worth investing in the photos as this experience is memorable. It's an experience which we will forever treasure 💞.

My daughter has a wound from the life-jacket she had to wear. Now it hurts to shower, go in the swimmimgpool or the sea.
