The horror under the sun impressively depicted - An impressive museum. It's quite frightening when authentic exhibits and reports are used to demonstrate what people are capable of. In any case, you should not miss this museum.

Recommended Multicultural Collection - Interesting collection of pieces from all continents. I have been able to know traces of West African cultures with more than 2400 years of antiquity and exquisite works carved in ivory. The artistic and cultural contribution provided to humanity by the African peoples, which unfortunately has not been given the place it deserves, is to be appreciated. Surprisingly, pieces from Mesopotamia, Egypt, Hebrews in exile etc. are also exhibited, without a doubt it has been an excellent experience to know this museum. Enjoy Curacao because: LIFE...is a JOURNEY!

Plan ahead so you aren't rushed - Plan for at least 3 hours to truly experience this museum. We were rushed (our own fault) and still felt how powerful the message is: we must learn from history so we do not repeat it. Check the opening hours/days and plan accordingly.

Enjoyable, but lots of walking! - There is a lot of walking. For those of us with mobility issues, it can become too much. I was able to complete most of the tour but there was a point when I knew it had been enough for me. I appreciate the patience of my tour guide and others in the group! The experience was informative and interesting. Once I'm better, I may return to complete the exhibits.

Great museum! - Great museum and artifacts. There wasn’t a line to skip during our visit. We had to pay an additional $3.00 per person for the tour. Our tour guide was passionate but difficult to understand. She rushed us away at the end of the tour due to the arrival of another group.
