Thank you so much - Excellent excursion, we loved it all, a tip bring beach shoes as there is coral. Saw turtles and flamingos and the most amazing beach knip beach

Snorkeling - Had a great time guide was very good. Unfortunately did not see any turtles except man charging$10 to take a picture with one. My husband saw some but had to swim quite away out. Would have been better if snorkeling vest were provided since water was kind of rough.

Good trip - Good trip. Included snoring trip, beach trip and a stop at a flamingo lake. Saw turtles! No safari truck, was in a pick up truck or mini bus. So that was a bit disappointing.

Turtles and Beach great! Everything else just meh! - The tour was late taking off from the cruise pier. The guide gave very little info- she barely talked. The sea turtle beach was crowded but amazing to see the turtles that up close. The 2!nd stop was beautiful-
Wish we had more time there to actually get into the water and enjoy it. Last stop to see the flamingos was not that exciting- the area was not well
Maintenance and we saw 6 flamingoes from a distance . Yes, I know you can’t control Mother Nature.
Absolutely no info was given at any stops, just what time to be back at the vehicle.
The drive is about 45 mins once you are picked up from the cruise port.

Curacao Kindness - I would book this tour directly (they pick up at hotels and cruise terminal) rather than on trip advisor. We took a taxi from our hotel and the taxi was 20 minutes late due to traffic. He tried to get us to our meeting point but was impossible due to accidents on the bridge and traffic backed up. The telephone number we had was an 800 number and our driver couldn't connect because it was not a Curacao number. Long story short, driver was finally able to connect up with our tour guides and they met us along the way. Amazing our taxi driver and tour guides were determined to get us on the tour!
I would have preferred a water taxi than a van. I did see one turtle, and agree would be nice to have vest or noodle, and flippers. Knipp Beach was definitely beautiful. And we did see beautiful flamingos at the sanctuary.
Our tour guides were awesome! Besides going out of their way to connect with us enroute, they were friendly, answered questions, always offering drinks, made sure everyone was accounted for, and they dropped everyone off at their destinations.

Excursion cancelled less then 12 hours before start time. - Company cancelled the excursion less then 12 hours before the start time. Very disappointed as this was going to be the highlight of my 12 night cruise.
I also had an excursion cancelled by TripAdvisor 7 months ago and was very disappointed.

Dirty - Very dirty, long ride, spent more time in the car than any of the stops. 2 of the stops we were literally only there for 10 minutes each. They charged you to use the restroom. Disgusting beach and only saw 1 turtle.

Spent 2 hours on an unsafe bus - We spent most of the tour on the bus. The driver drove dangerously fast and the first stop was not what I expected. They took us to a very remote cove and we had to pay one dollar each to use the restroom the didn’t flush. The second stop was ok but we only spent 40 minutes and had to get back to the unsafe bus. I recommend to rent a car or find a ride to Mambo Beach which has a lot to offer.

Beware, company is not acting correctly! - Beware, company is not acting correctly!
They were supposed to pick us up at the hotel.
E-mailed here specifically about which hotel!
This didn't happen. (They were at wrong hotel)
Ruined day.
Depreciated for 3 people.
Contacted several xren about this.
Their answer: you stand as no show so no refund.
Instead of sorry about this, there's another day you can. And/or you get your money back.
And our mistake we're sorry we can say/mail.

Poorly organized and mass tourism, not recommended - We did not drive as described in an open safari truck (was allegedly “broken”) but in a much too tight minivan. We were squeezed into the back of the last row of four, I had to take my son on my lap the whole time, even though we paid for him. Our backpacks were also on our laps during the ride. It was not a nice experience at all. The included yogurt cup was also not available, nor was the optional barbecue lunch. With the included snorkeling equipment, there were only masks, not fins. In addition, the tour started more than 30 minutes late, but still ended at the agreed time, meaning we were missing the 30 minutes, so each stop was quite stressful and rushed. When we left, the driver did not introduce herself and did not say how long we were going to the first stop and what the first stop was. I thought we'd go to the Safari Truck and change trains. After about 1 hour of squeezed-in driving, we were then at the turtles for snorkeling, where we had 45 minutes (too little inclusive changing after snorkeling). Yes, we have seen turtles, but that was not as beautiful as hoped. From the jetty someone attracted them with food, in the water were about 150 snorkelers who besieged the about 5 turtles. The water was not very deep and therefore very turbid as the snorkelers stirred up the sand in the ground. I would definitely not recommend the tour.
