Accompany a guide into the heart of the Nation’s Capital and discover some unknown facts about the city. Our journey kicks off with a breakfast pause at about 9am. We start by exploring prominent locations in Arlington Cemetery, followed by a visit to numerous memorials. Lincoln, Vietnam, Korea, World War II, FDR, and Dr. King are among the highlights. Next up is a driving tour through the city featuring photo stopovers at the White House and the Capitol. The afternoon offers leisure time for lunch or any other activity of your choice (usually around two hours). Following our rendezvous, we start the return journey with a likely bonus pit stop before bidding the city goodbye, arriving back in Williamsburg between 8-10pm.

Best way to see Washington DC! - The day trip to Washington DC was absolutely awesome. Our tour guide/driver Matt was so informative and kind. Really made the trip extra special. We rode on a brand new bus with great A/C, restroom and phone chargers. Don’t hesitate to book this trip, it will exceed your expectations!

Very Enjoyable - Matt was an unbelievable tour guide/driver—very kind and knowledgeable. We enjoyed our first tour of D.C. and feel this was an excellent opportunity to get introduced to a sampling of what’s available. If I could make a couple suggestions of how to make it even better, it would be to make sure toilet paper is available in the bus toilet and to make sure the password is available for customers who want to use the bus wifi.

Wonderful Tour - Our driver, John, was amazing, informative, and funny. We saw numerous attractions and monuments. It really was a full day tour and definitely worth the price!

Sobering, informative, pleasant - Matt our guide was the key. He’s knowledgeable, KIND, and knows how to present info so we retain. Made it lots of fun and interactive. Also patient with me. I was such a slow poke.

Amazing tour - Going to Arlington cemetery was an amazing experience and our tour guide was great. Also seeing the Lincoln memorial and the Vietnam memorial to see my cousin's name. So sad.

Washington DC -all day tour - Matt was our tour guide and he was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and kept us laughing the whole tour. Arlington Cemetery was the highlight of the day. We walked over 12,000 steps and it was a long day but it was so worth it.

Worthwhile Tour by Great Tour Guide - We enjoyed immensely our tour of Washington DC. We were able to see the sites we wanted to see and got plenty of pictures. I felt that we spent a little too long at Arlington Cemetery. It delayed our visit to other sites. Overall, it was a very good tour.
