Great tour of DC! - Matt, our guide, was very knowledgeable and personable. He presented a wealth of information with humor and understanding. He was an excellent driver and handled tight situations with traffic and parking in a safe and professional manner. We would feel confident going on a tour with him again if circumstances allowed.

Best tour we have ever taken and we have traveled a lot and have done many tours over the years. Matt is very engaging. - Beyond our expectations. Matt is very knowledgeable. It is a fun full day itinerary with more stops than expected. Lots of walking 15,000 + steps. You would not be able to see and do all the things you do on this tour on your own in just one day and to have a tour guide with you at all the sites is the best. We left from the general store(park in far back row) at 6:35. Introductions, plan for the day and movie on the unknown soldiers was given. We drove past air force memorial and pentagon. Our first stop was at 8:45-9:20 for snacks, stretch, bathroom at mall- McDs and Starbucks. We stopped at the Marine corp Memorial. Arlington cemetery was the highlight for all of us including my 14 and 15 year olds to see the changing of the guards, and Thomas Jefferson grave and much more. We saw the Navy Memorial and Robert E.Lees mansion. We also stopped at the Lincoln Memorial, Reflecting pool, Vietnam war wall, Korean war memorial. We drove by Dr. Kings memorial and FDR by the tidal basin and saw the cherry blossoms. We saw the Dwight Eisenhaur memorial. We then had 2.5 hours free time for lunch and museums we went to the sports Pub for lunch and Museum and Garden of art. Then we went on to see the Capital, US Navy Memorial, Fords Theater, Whitehouse south lawn and the WW2 memorial at sunset. We arrived back to our cars at 10pm. Exhausting day but it was worth it! Many other things were pointed out and talked about along our drive through the city.

Absolutely incredible experience - Our tour started in Williamsburg. We have a 14 a 13 and a 10-year-old. Our schedule started with a visit to the marine memorial and then off to Arlington Cemetery, and they shared a video to educate you about the changing of the guard process at the tomb of the unknown soldier, which we did get to witness. Arlington was more than we could’ve ever imagined. Matt‘s knowledge really helped keep all of us engaged and make it an experience that it couldn’t have been otherwise. We had the privilege to go to the Lincoln Memorial see the Washington Monument , both Vietnam and Korean War memorials. Later on that day, we were able to spend some time at the natural museum of history. We also were able to go to the capital and the World War II memorial. Although it was a long day, it went by really quick. We were all super grateful for Matt. We learned so much that we otherwise would not have known. It was an enhanced experience that my family and I will never forget! He was absolutely amazing about getting my kids involved. He asked lots of questions and made it very fun. We can’t wait to go back and do another tour!!

Our tour guide John was... - Our tour guide John was great. He provided detailed history and information about various building s and memorials in DC. The tour allowed plenty of time at each location. The only negative about the tour was the vehicle selected by the tour company. There were only 2 couples on our tour, so the company dispatched a Chevy suburban. The seating in the third row was cramped and uncomfortable. Overall, I would recommend this tour.
