Goodwin, Mary Goodwin (Bodleian Plate), philanthropists John D Rockefeller, Jr. and, his wife, Abby Aldrich Rockefeller, William Graves Perry and others) who recreated the birthplace of America, the Colonial Capital of the original 13 Colonies and understand why Virginia was the first to declare it’s independence from Great Britain. Breakfast is at the iconic Williamsburg Inn where former Queen Elizabeth II, current King Charles III, US presidents and others have dined. Tour some of the grounds including a look at the Golden Horseshoe Golf courses, admire the decorations, furniture, chandeliers, etc. If desired, guide will provide a map and walk you to the most historic street noted by President Franklin D. Roosevelt - the Duke of Gloucester Street.
