- The ghost tour is non refundable and we do go in the rain.
- The tour may be delayed for storms but rarely cancelled, if the tour is cancelled then we will refund tickets.

Our boys, ages 12 and 13, loved this tour and want to come back again soon. The guide, Denny, was excellent. We had an extremely in-the-moment ghost experience.
