Learn of the hangings of Blackbeard’s crew and what happened to Blackbeard’s skull. Did our forefathers really drink from his skull? Stand right where Grace Sherwood, the most famous witch, is often seen during mock trials in the Capitol and hear of her fate, finally pardoned by Gov. Tim Kean after centuries of being called the Witch of Pungo. Learn of Anne Bonny and Mary Reed (a woman posing as Mark Reed) who were aboard Calico Jack’s ship and fought like men. Ghostie walks - It was great to walk around in the evening and learn about history, and stories of ghosts. The walking was the best part. I love walking.

Such History! Such Fun! - Gracie took us on a grand tour, down the streets of Colonial Williamsburg, throwing in lots of spooky stories and interesting historic facts of the homes and buildings. We wish we had done this tour the night before we toured CW, because we'd have been more versed in what took place in each location. We had a great time with our knowledgeable, energetic guide. It was MORE than worth the cost!

Entertaining and fun - I love how the tour guide made us part of the story! She was very knowledgeable and vivacious throughout the tour. The pirate storyteller was awesome too. He really played his part as he interacted with guests! I've already recommended this experience to friends and family!

Go but don't buy here - Really enjoyed the tour, but definitely not the price. Don't book here. Book through the site… It's five dollars cheaper. I could've saved money if I had known.

Not my cup of tea - I prefer a great storyteller with at most, a lantern. No costumes, no audience participation to act out stories and definitely no yelling "boo" to give false scares. It went long, which is fine if you're having a good time. We weren't, so left before it finished.

Was okay - Felt rushed. We were late started because we had to wait for a group who were lost. Because I couldn’t keep up with guide I could not hear what he was saying. Maybe he should have a speaker or headsets. Michael the guide was great with kids but for me I just walked around in dark at back of crowd not really knowing what I was looking at
