Your tour guide will meet you at the first beach on the left, called Kayak Beach. Look for the fleet of beige and dark green kayaks. Before your tour, feel free to use the bathroom facilities and gift shop at the top of the parking lot.

Amazing Day on the River - This trip is so fun!! Jared really knows the history of the canyon and is a great story teller and is very engaging. He made the trip so exciting for us. We look forward to booking another trip with him in the future!

An Exceptionally Fun Day! - I chose this tour specifically because of our preference for sit-upon kayaks but ended up with so much more. Jared provided an excellent river adventure that included extensive knowledge of flora, fauna, geology, indigenous history and culture. We were in a small, intimate group for which he individualized the experience. The scenery was spectacular and this trip had its own, unique characteristics from other kayak excursions we had done in the past. If you’re looking for a close up look at the Colorado River basin and gorge, this trip is highly recommended.

Incredible Trip! - Fantastic day! We saw rams right off the bat- Jared is a personable and thoughtful guide sharing history and geology info. He regularly checked in with each guest on their water/snack needs.

Amazing tour, highly recommend! - Great experience with Jared on our guided tour! Perfect balance of being educational and friendly to set you up for the best time. He was very accommodating of our comfort during the entire trip, always checking in on how we were doing and suggesting any good rest points just in case we were ready for a break 🌟
I will definitely be recommending Trek Las Vegas for any and all kayaking interest this summer and onwards!

Awesome Kayak Tour Experience! - Jared was an amazing tour guide! We left early before any other tour groups were starting. His knowledge of the history and geography of the land was abundant! We saw a mother and fledgling bald eagle and he pointed out their nest as well as other interesting historical spots. Such an amazing experience. Very small and personalized to our needs. Would highly recommend!!!

Authentic and quality experience! - Jared is the best! His expertise and guidance provided us with the best experience we could have hoped for. Other travel groups were leaving shore in the masses late morning while Jared advised us to plan an early departure and get out ahead of the crowds.
We pulled right into Emerald cave enjoyed the shade and mini geology/history lesson.
When we returned to shore I heard other guides tell their guest to expect an hour wait to experience emerald cave!
Trek is an extremely knowledgeable and fun guide group to be around. Can't say enough positives about our experience!!
