Everything is AWESOME! - A remarkable experience for Lego enthusiasts. The amusement park rides were thrilling, and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel rooms were well-appointed, and all of the activities were enjoyable.

Great parent and kid approved vacation - Great park for kids! I took my 11 year old twin granddaughters and we had a fabulous time! I wanted a place that did not appeal to single adults or older teens because we encountered some riffraff at a different location last summer at a park with a lot of older, unsupervised teens and I wanted y avoid that this year. LEGOLAND was exactly what I was looking for. Everyone there were parents/grandparents with children I estimated to be from infant to around 14-15. There were no unsupervised children causing trouble and it was a truly delightful time for all of us. I highly recommend staying at the LEGOLAND Beach Retreat if you have older kids like I did. The cabins are super cool, kid approved and the free breakfast was an extraordinary feast! Thanks for the memories! We are already planning our trip for next year!

The Perfect Park for Young Families - This is our second time at LegoLand and we love it here. We’ve been to Disney several times and I would rather come here any day. Wait times are generally 5-30 mins for attractions, with most falling in the 5-10 minute range. The staff is very friendly and the park is clean. The rides are perfect for families with young children but still enjoyable enough for the adults. There are plenty of areas for cooling down or just to get out of the sun/rain for a bit. The water park is small but still very fun for the kids. If you have toddlers, the Peppa Pig Theme Park is a great addition. It’s super cute and sensory friendly. I think the food is reasonably priced compared to other parks we’ve been to. It rained on one of two days that we paid for and the process of getting complimentary tickets for another day was simple. My son will soon be too big for this park but I will forever recommend it to young families!

Fun for the whole family! - We had so much fun here! Unlike most theme parks, the wait times are not unbearable. There are so many rides to choose from and they are tailored to guests of all ages. We enjoyed trading Mini Figs with the staff and thought it was a unique experience. The waterpark was fun and had many options (again, for all ages). The food was expensive, but that was to be expected. At least it was good! The refillable cup stations are a game changer! We can't wait to come back.

Two days is better than One - We selected Legoland because it’s affordable. We got the two day pass which I highly recommend. We went on rides and shows the first day and then went on rides we missed the first day and took advantage of the Wster Park. After a hot two days, floating down the Lazy river in the Water Park was refreshing!

Awesome - So much fun!!! Minimal waits! Well worth the trip, we will be back for sure! And next time we will upgrade the parking. It seems well worth the money.

Nice - We went here for our daughter 4th birthday! This is a perfect place for age 1-10 they have a little of everything. I love the free refills so worth it! Popcorn was old, ride wait was not bad at all, I suggest regular parking as it is not a far walk at all to the front about a 4-6 min walk , lots of stroller parking in the park, the only thing I can say I don’t like is there is Not a enough time to go to all 3 parks in one day, I really wish the parks were open longer, LEGOland opens at 10-5 so we had 2 hours to explore Legoland and then water park opens at 12-4 and I believe peppa pig is 10-4 if the park stayed open 2-3 more hours you could go to all 3. We did not get to visit papa pig but the works did tell us that for the refillable cups they do not work at peppa pig. We went on a Thursday not all food options were open! Bathrooms were clean and kids play area in the indoor was amazing stay cool and if you have small babies they have small rooms with rocking chairs to have a private spot and changing rooms. Water park was great. Small kids area big kids area and wave pool and lazy river! Let’s of grass area if you wanted to get away from the crowd and eat lunch away! Pizza buffet is great for kids it had pizza and pasta and salads and comes with a drink, pizza not that but kids ate it! Customer service was great!

A good time, even if there were a few drawbacks! - I caught a deal for the Legoland Florida resort in February. I booked a room in the main hotel for three nights with three-day park, water park, and Peppa Pig tickets for all four of us. I added on early check-in and the photo pass, and we decided we'd splurge for one on-property meal. When we arrived in the park, we bought Coke Freestyle refill cups for all four of us to use in the park. The main park itself was very nice. It was extremely shady in comparison with Disney or Universal. I brought our cooling towels and never needed them. The crowds weren't as bad as I thought they'd be -- we barely waited more than 10 minutes for any ride. The rides are geared for kids ages 5 to 12 or so, though there are options for littles. I think 12 is pushing the upper numbers, especially if your kid is into thrill rides or roller coasters. My son is almost 11 and doesn't enjoy roller coasters, so he was mostly okay. Honestly, if you have kids with a bit of an age gap and you are worried about the older one having fun if you wait for the younger one to be old enough, I think it depends on the kids. My son probably wouldn't have chosen some of the rides he rode for himself, but he is willing to do things his 6-year-old sister wants to do and let himself have fun doing it. Most of the rides were good, even if a few of them could have used some updating. The reusable cups were expensive, and we could've brought our own cups for water with no issue. However, I struggle with plain water, and so does my daughter. The freestyle cups were worth it for us, though we could've made it work with just two and water. The photo pass was 100% NOT worth it. The only pic we got through it that was really good and not a hassle was from the photographer at the gate. There aren't roving photographers in the park, and the character meets don't have them all the time either. It was a huge hassle to get our on-ride photos into the account as well. We stayed in the main Legoland Hotel, which is attached to the pirate hotel. Our room was an adventure-themed room with a king bed and nook with bunk beds for the kids. The room was a good size, and themed really well. We all liked the semi-private nook for the kids, as well as the treats/prizes left for them on the first and last day. They also left fresh toiletries each day (if you allowed housekeeping in), so each of my kids came home with a set of Lego toiletries. The room fee also included breakfast, which was really good. It was family style and all you can eat. They started us with fruit and yogurt and then brought a skillet of sausage links, bacon, scrambled eggs, breakfast potatoes, and biscuits & gravy. There was also a rotation of French toast, pancakes, and waffles. We left a tip for our server each day, but otherwise, it was included. The park is only open from 10 to 6, so that leaves some evening time to fill. The hotel and the pirate hotel each had a schedule of evening activities ranging from games to storytime to trivia to pj parties. There were also play areas and building stations in the lobby. The activities were fun, but man...some kids are wild. Some things were kids on vacation, but there were a few things that made me wonder where their parents were. The hotel pools were open from 9 to 9 and were warm and comfortable. We used the pool from about 9:30 to 11 one morning, and it was pretty shady and not too crowded. It got crowded in the evening though. The elevators are disco elevators with lights and disco music. Some people I know would be annoyed after the first few rides, but we liked it. The hotel is an extremely short walk to the park, which is so helpful. The parking situation for hotel guests was also great. Not far from the hotel at all, and the spots were shaded by solar panels. We didn't move the car after we arrived on Tuesday until we left on Friday. We probably didn't need to do early check-in, but it let us get our bags out of the hot car before anything really overheated or melted. It also helped us beat crowds at the typical check-in time, and well, I always like to beat a crowd. We also went to Legoland water park. This is inside the park, and you have to scan tickets again at its entrance. Generally speaking (and please don't come for me), I don't like water parks. As they go, though, this one was fine. They don't provide towels unless you're a hotel guest, so it can be kind of a pain to haul your own towels through the park. There also isn't really anywhere to dry things in your room outside of the clothesline in the shower, so your suits and towels will be perpetually damp. This is normal, but I've been spoiled by staying in places with balconies where I dry our towels and suits in the sun between uses or places with dryers to toss my towels in. If you have water shoes, I'd use them. It's a decent walk between attractions, and the concrete is HOT. There are lots of slides, a lazy river, a build-a-boat station, a wave pool, a tot spot, and a play structure. We spent most of our time at the play structure, in the wave pool, and in the lazy river. There are lots of umbrellas and chairs. We didn't have any big issue finding a couple chairs in the shade. However, in retrospect, I wish I would've used the money I spent on early check-in and the photo pass and spent it on a cabana instead. Overall, my kids loved the water park. It was better than some I've been to, but no water park is ever going to really excite me. Finally, food. Like I said before, breakfast was included and really good. It was the best hotel breakfast out of all the hotels we stayed at on this trip. It was filling enough that we could skip lunch and just do a snack before dinner. On the first day in the park, the kids were "starving," so we got a couple personal pizzas and some chips. It was expensive (as park food is) and only fine. We had also heard about these Granny Fries in the park. They're basically battered and fried granny Smith apples that are rolled in cinnamon and sugar. They lived up to the hype for me. We were on a bit of a budget, so we ordered food in on two of the three nights. DoorDash drivers were happy to meet us in the lobby of the hotel. On the middle night, we splurged and ate on property. There are three restaurants in the two hotels where you can get dinner. One is Bricks, which is a buffet. One is a traditional restaurant, and the other is a family-style all-you-can-eat. We went with the last option, and I'm glad we did because another family told us Bricks was essentially an expensive Golden Corral. If we had wanted that, we could've left the property to go to the GC around the corner. Anyway, we ate at the family-style restaurant in the pirate hotel. The kids got souvenir napkins. They give you bread, salad, and side and your choice of two platters. Each platter has a variety of meat, but you're welcome to ask for a meat from the other platter if you're doing a refill. They also let the kids order unlimited chicken strips or hot dogs, but they can also eat off the adult platter. It's all one price per person regardless of what you eat. We got the sea dog skillet, which had flank steak (a little more rare than I like it, but still good), pork tenderloin (yummy), shrimp (so good), blackened fish (delicious), and rotisserie chicken (fine). The sides were mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, rice, and baked beans. The salad was good too. The meal included dessert, which was a skillet chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and chocolate & caramel sauces to share. SO good. The server brought us extra chicken strips even when we were full and let us take anything we had left with us to snack on later. If you go and want to eat on property, this is the way to go. Overall, I recommend Legoland Florida if your kids are in that five to twelve age range, and I definitely recommend staying in the Legoland Hotel for the sheer convenience of it.

Over-priced rip off! - NO value for the money with a 2-year old. More expensive tickets and parking than Disney. A coke is $17. Go to Disney! No posted ticket prices or FL resident rates
