Amazing scenery and a fun e-bike experience - We had an amazing day exploring Lake Hāwea, the Hāwea river and Lake Wānaka. Mark couldn’t have made it easier for us. Great bikes, an awesome mix of scenery and always there to help with instructions, tips on local shops and after a tyre puncture (sorry Mark!) a new bike ready to go in 20 minutes. Highly recommended!

Oh Perfect Day! - This was an absolute highlight of our trip to Wanaka. Stunning scenery and a great ride track along the river through forests and past lovely lakes .
Mark went above and beyond to ensure we had a good day. The bikes are excellent quality, instructions clear and helpful and it was comforting knowing Mark was only 5-10 mins away if we got into trouble!
Mark also had many great tips for local eating places and other activities.
Highly recommended!

Great ride and excellent service. - Excellent ride, at Mark's suggestion we rescheduled from original rainy day.
We then had a fantastic ride with spectacular scenery. We learned a lot about the local area and Mark passed on some good ideas for food on the ride, we can personally recommend the ham and cheese croissant at Pembroke patisserie, plus some recommendations for local restaurants.
We felt very confident that if there were any issues Mark was only a phone call away.
The ride was thoroughly enjoyable as Mark had removed much of the stress with his clear and concise directions

Awesome bike track. - Just awesome,
took my time, incredible scenery, sunny day, highly recommended. Mark pick me up from accommodation and drove to starting point, gave a great run down on ebike as I hadn't rode one before. Every turn there is another photo opportunity, you just have to be mindful of riders coming the other way at some parts of the track.

Mark took such care to give us details of the bike Track! Made it very enjoyable & safe! Best Biking adventure yet! - What a fun, beautiful biking adventure! Mark is very knowledgeable and friendly, and did everything to make sure we had a safe ride! he takes care to have the best E-Bikes there are. Very well maintained and ALL the power you’ll ever need! Fun trip from lake to lake with an invaluable host - We recently went on the e-bike ride from Lake Hawea to Lake Wanaka, and we were thrilled with the trip! We all had bike experience, though not all of us had been on an e-bike before, and our guide Mark helped us get going. Mark was very pleasant to chat with, and he picked us up a bit early after it started to rain. We also enjoyed stopping at Pembroke Patisserie. This was one of our highlights for our trip, and we’d highly recommend this experience!

Beautiful ride and great service! - Great ride and beautiful scenery. Mark was a delight- very engaging and funny. There was rain forecast and he contacted us with options, one of which was to leave early, which we did. His call on the weather was spot one. It started raining when we were a bit out of town and he found us at the edge of town and offered us a ride the rest of the way. A great experience and wonderful customer service!

Fantastic eBike Tour Near Queenstown - This eBike trip was a highlight of our vacation. Mark does a fantastic job of explaining the route and giving tips. You guide yourself back to the starting point where we met Mark. The trails are beautiful. The bikes had strong motors and plenty of battery. The scenery is extraordinarily beautiful. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

Most beautiful ride ever! - The most beautiful bike ride have ever taken. Mark the owner gave us plenty of info and tips to make our trek the best. Awesome eBike Tour of Lakes Near Queenstown - This was an "awesome" day's activity! We had a wonderful time eBiking from Lake Hawea to Lake Wanaka. It was truely a highlight of our entire trip to New Zealand. Mark was a terrific guide and totally prepares you for the journey. One of the great things about it is that you're self guided. He carefully explains and shows you the route as he takes you up to the starting point at the tip of Lake Hawea. He has combined 3 sequential gravel biking trail into a beautiful tour of the high country northeast of Queenstown. The eBikes were very good. Very powerful and the batteries had plenty of juice to spare. The scenery is spectacular and cruising it by eBike is the perfect way to experience it. He also recommended a patisserie to stop at for lunch. It was fantastic as well. Don't miss it! He checking in on us by text along the way to insure we were doing well and even met us about halfway to check us in person. We cannot recommend this eBike tour strongly enought. Forget the others! Go with Mark.
